Bathroom needs cleaning & repair
Pros:

1. My wife left her wedding ring inside the room. They just placed it where they found it. Thanks
2. Located behind the city hall, not much traffic.

Cons:

1. Location. Some drivers wouldn't go there because it is uphill (difficult to navigate for "motorela"- the main public transportation)
2. Bathroom- not very clean. The lavatory was leaking. We reported it to the staff on the 1st day for the plumber to look at it- NO action for the whole duration of our stay..
3. Towels- very thin and friable
4. On our 3rd night, we wanted to transfer to a room with a better bathroom. There apparently was no available room. They just placed a towel on the bathroom floor to absorb the water leak. They ran out of pillowcase & blanket. In lieu of the pillowcase- they wrapped the pillow with a blanket. In lieu of blanket, they made us of a fitted sheet
5. Bed & breakfast term is a Misnomer. It should be Bed & Coffee
6. There was no holder for the shower head. The pipes were exposed and not properly installed
