Pros:

Hotel confortevole, dotato di molti servizi e in posizione fantastica. Personale gentile e attento al cliente. Ottima pulizia delle stanze e degli ambienti in generale.

Cons:

Per le consumazioni al bar, il personale chiede giustamente di firmare uno scontrino che verrà poi addebitato al check-out. Fin qui tutto bene. Talvolta, tuttavia, diventano leggermente "incombenti", quasi avessero paura che il cliente fugga senza pagare un espresso.

I prezzi di bar e ristorante sono eccessivamente alti, così come quello della colazione.

Pros:

How clean the property was and friendly the staff were! Mario - front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful, Rolando - bartender was so fun to chat with and he made fantastic drinks. The people who came in and cleaned twice a day left little chocolates for us which I loved! Very grateful to experience this little luxurious hotel in the jungle. Definitely will be back.

Cons:

It was a pretty far drive from our airport but it was 100% worth it!!

Beautiful hotel and location, exceptional staff - perfect for family with kids!
Pros:

Hotel and gardens beautiful, location is perfect just on the beach. Staff was beyond kind and accommodating, especially with our kids! We would stay here again and again, the most beautiful spot for beach sunset.

Prachtige plek in schattig kustdorpje. Erg vriendelijk personeel en mooie kamers.

Cons:

Overall moet je extra voor betalen. Yoga, cappuccino bij ontbijt, etc. Bedden op strand liggen missen lekkere matrassen.

Premium experience right on the most beautiful beach of I have ever seen!
Pros:

Location was excellent. Highest rated property in the area per multiple locals.

Cons:

Pricing is definitely on the higher end. Menu selection was limited and also a little more pricey. Though this was for the most amazing dishes!

très bon séjour sur la plage
Pros:

très bel hôtel sur la plage
tres bien placé dans le centre
personnel gentil et efficace

Cons:

pas grand chose mais je précise quand même que le bungalow plage avec piscine mériterait plus d'intimité
on se voit entre voisin ....
le prix excessif mais au Costa Rica et surtout à Santa Teresa tout est cher!
