Good location close to my restaurant and have to be more clean for future

It is so so some parts broken there when I checked in and it is fine

Fantastic Place to stay in Istanbul
Pros:

Nice hotel with a lovely poolside view from the Room. Location is perfect to roam around Istanbul with T1 right across the road. Staff members were polite and helpful to accommodate all our requests . Specially to make the booking for 5th December when the hotel was almost full but the kind reception team made it possible for us . Excellent customer service. Really appreciated how much comfortable environment they made it for our two weeks stay. I have experienced a cosy, safe and delightful place to enjoy my holidays .

The fact that there were a few pleasant and interactive staff and the lobby looked beautiful.

Cons:

I was asked to pay on arrival when I already paid through booking.com, the bed covers was smaller than the bed itself. The heating failed to work in my room and I called 3 times for that. No clear signage that mini bar drinks was for sale, thought it was complimented for staying long. I had to pay too expensive for the items I used. Most staff very apprehensive and unfriendly only interested in cashing in especially the receptionists.
Internet on/off.
The rooms had poor lighting.

الموقع والنظافة والتصميم

Cons:

تعامل موظف الصالة عند استلام الغرفة كان سيء للغاية بحث ننتظر ثلاث ساعات ونصف من العاشرة صباحا لغاية الواحد والنص ظهر ولم يكمل تسليم الغرفة بداعي عدم توفرها ويحتاج وقت لغاية الثانية ظهر . الموقف صعب جدا مع تعب السفر !!!!
