Super agréable.
Pros:

La chambre était propre et confortable. La navette était parfaite. Le personnel à la réception était très très agréable et compréhensif. L'hôtel est proche de superettes et du Macdo, ce qui en fait un plus !

Cons:

Chambre très agréable mais la vue donnait sur le panneau d'affichage très éclairé, il y avait donc une lumière conséquente dans la chambre. La douche fuit un peu. Le déjeuner était léger.

The location near the airport was convenient. Unfortunately, the billing problems overshadowed this advantage.

Cons:

Several unexplained charges appeared on my credit card. Some were removed after repeated complaints, but CAD 406.98 was posted without an invoice or explanation, forcing me to open a dispute with my bank.

Parfait en transit
Pros:

Très bien pour passer une nuit en transit. Navette pratique. Ascenseurs à la deco un peu défraîchie et pas super bien indiqués mais tout le reste est très bien. Pas testé le petit dej car on a pris la navette de 4:00 pour l’aéroport

Je suis déçue et gênée d'avoir amené des membres de ma famille à cet hôtel.
Pros:

Proximité de l'aéroport et navette incluse.

Cons:

Manque de personnel pour l'achalandage important. Installation médiocre avec boites à rats en façade près de l'entrée. Chambre et lieux intérieur avec entretien minimal. Chambre 142 infestée de punaises de lit (constaté après mon départ de 2 jours car plusieurs piqûres de punaises aussitôt apparues sur mon corps). Je suis très inquiète d'avoir pu contaminer mon domicile et je dors peu en raison de l'inconfort lié aux piqûres de punaises. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit et je demande un remboursement. Je demande à Booking avec qui j'ai toujours eu un excellent service de faire le nécessaire. Merci beaucoup

L'accueil par le réceptionniste, le service de navette, le petit-déjeuner, la propreté de la literie et du linge de toilette, le confort du lit.

Cons:

La climatisation est archaïque et bruyante, et l'on entend aussi bien tous les bruits extérieurs (les avions) et intérieurs (les chambres voisines, le couloir)
