Convenient and comfortable, good value.
Pros:

I actually stayed twice....the first time was on the main floor, down the hall to the right when leaving the front desk and the room was not so great really. Not even a plug for the bath, and a little old feeling. But the bed was comfortable.

The second time I stayed was perhaps in a new wing, or new section. Quite far from the front desk but a much more luxurious feeling room, really superb bathroom

Cons:

Not really a fault of the hotel, but the shuttle pickup area at the airport is so chaotic after a long travel, many travelers were upset. But your shuttle came faithfully

I will book it again and again
Pros:

I like the shuttle bus picking up guest from Airport and from the hotel to Airport. Close to public transport . Breakfast in the morning. 24 hrs free coffee. Staff were lovely

Personnel disponible ,petit déjeuner prévu même à 4h du matin pour notre départ

My stay was not enjoyable - this property is on a downward spiral.
Pros:

Location, elevator, adequate parking

Cons:

1. Maintenance has been neglected in many areas; 2. one staff member in the breakfast room did no work and was watching a movie at the sink, on her phone at high volume and in full view, while customers were choosing their breakfast items, 3. The food selection area was quite hot due to at least one of the machines not being properly vented or improperly installed 4. Updating of interior finishes does not appear to have been carried out for many years. 5. This property attracted some undesirable clients, who at 3am in the morning returned to their room with ensuing yelling, screaming, banging and door slamming. I understand that police were called. 6. Poor television reception and the program guide provided little information as to program names and content.

Gregory a etr très accommodant. J'avais demandé un check in plus tot. Bien qu'il n'a pas pu voir la demande, il a pu m'accomoder et m'offrir un excellent service. J'ai eue ma chambre comme demandé

Close but poor cleaning
