Grande déception avec le service de navette
Pros:

Confortable, propre

Cons:

Nous avons tenté d'appeler la réception pendant 2 heures sans aucune réponse. Nous attendions à l'aéroport pour avoir le service de navette. C'est par hasard que nous avons vu la navette après 2 heures d'attente. Ce service est primordial pour nous et constitue un argument majeur pour choisir cette institution. Nous allons remettre en question ce choix magasiner avec d'autres institutions.

Je n'ai pas pu dormir du au frois dans ma chambre. comment puis-je être remboursé ?

La proximité, et le confort du lit.

Cons:

La chambre n'avais ni électricité ni eau chaude, ni chauffage. Le monsieur a la réception le 12 au matin a été très désagréable quand je suis venu lui faire part de mes commentaires.

Won’t stay here again-ever!

Pros:

Très près de la gare et aéroport. Service de navette rapide et professionnel. Personnel à la réception professionnel. Quand nous sommes arrivés dans notre chambre, la porte du balcon était mal fermée, donc très froid dans la chambre. La réception nous a donné une nouvelle chambre immédiatement. Ce n'est pas l'hôtel le plus récent ni le plus au goût du jour, mais les chambres sont propres.

Cons:

Il est recommandé d'avoir une chambre qui n'est pas située du côté de l'autoroute, car celle-ci est bruyante.
