Super helpful staff - great location
Pros:

The upstairs bar
The view from on the roof
The bedrooms were generous size and very comfortable beds

Mr sinnan & agit were incredibly helpful with requests, bags, information & even a complimentary drink in the bar when the bar was being used for a filming location interview.

The hotel arranged our taxis for us in both directions for airport which was great, meant we didn't have to worry about it.

Air con was very good
Bathroom was lovely and cleaned daily

Also the decor is impeccable but you can see that for yourself in pics

Lost for anything negative to say
Everything was great
And even when small inconveniences happened, nothing to do with the hotel, they helped resolve them and were really nice to us

We had another wonderful stay at Mr Cas Hotels Taksim. The location is perfect, the atmosphere is warm, and the hospitality is exceptional. A special thank you to Mr. Jehan and the entire team for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care throughout our stay. As a mother, I especially appreciated how they always helped my teenage children by guiding them around the area whenever they needed assistance. Mr. Çan, the owner, and his staff truly go above and beyond to make every guest feel comfortable. Returning guests are always welcomed with warmth and made to feel like part of the family. Their attention, friendliness, and dedication are what keep us coming back.

Nothing. We had a very enjoyable stay and felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit.

Pros:

The room was very beautiful and the personal where very friendly. If you have a question they are always very open to help you with the matter. When our taxi arrived Benjamin walked with us towards it to make sure we took the right one.

I would recommand this Hotel!!!
