Fully recommended
Pros:

Very nice staff that is happy to assist with questions and organisation. The room was spacious enough and clean, as was the bathroom area. The window facing into a side street meant it was pleasant and quiet with light coming in. The location is amazing for exploring Istiklal street, Taksim square, Galata area (all with many restaurants, cafés, shops, ...) and beyond, short walks to tram stations to quickly get to the old city. We did not have the breakfast booked as there are many options around in the neighbourhood so one can explore freely, but we tried the hotel's breakfast twice for convenience and enjoyed it as well. Would recommend to stay here again!

Cons:

For awareness (but not deal breakers for us): the bathroom did not have a door and was only visually separated by walking around a wall. Additionally, while there was no noise coming in from the street, it was possible to hear other guests walking and talking in the hallway, which can be annoying if your neighbours come in late at night.

Очень атмосферный отель, старинное здание с красивым интерьером. Вкусные, качественные завтраки. Очень отзывчивый и заботливый персонал. Особенно впечатлило обслуживание менеджера Джихана и портье Бенджамина. Все супер!

Μεγάλο λάθος η επιλογή του συγκεκριμένου ξενοδοχείου.
Cons:

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε μια εξαιρετικά θορυβώδη περιοχή. Ακριβώς απέναντι υπάρχει ένα νυχτερινό κλαμπ και η μουσική και τα μπιτ δονούν όλο το ξενοδοχείο. Κάτι για το οποίο δεν υπήρχε καμία ενημέρωση ή προειδοποίηση. Αντίθετα υπήρχαν δύο ζευγάρια ωτοασπίδες που ανάγραφαν επάνω πως είναι προνόμιο να μένεις σε μια τέτοια περιοχή. Τουλάχιστον κοροϊδευτικό για την εμπειρία που είχαμε από την πρώτη κι όλες στιγμή. Το ξενοδοχείο σαν κτιριακές εγκαταστάσεις είναι πάρα πολύ παλιές, κάποια αποτυχημένη ανακαίνιση δείχνει την πολύ κακή δουλειά που έχει γίνει σε επίπεδο ηχομόνωσης μεταξύ των δωματίων, τα πατώματα έτριζαν και στον αέρα ύπαρξη αισθητά η μυρωδιά από την μούχλα της υγρασίας.

Отель очень чистый, уютный и стильный. Номера аккуратные, всё продумано до мелочей. Видно, что за состоянием отеля действительно следят.
Отдельно хочется отметить персонал Бенджамин и Мухаммад просто замечательные! Очень дружелюбные, внимательные и всегда готовы помочь. Благодаря им пребывание стало ещё приятнее.
Остались только положительные впечатления, с удовольствием вернёмся сюда снова и обязательно будем рекомендовать!
