Отель очень чистый, уютный и стильный. Номера аккуратные, всё продумано до мелочей. Видно, что за состоянием отеля действительно следят.
Отдельно хочется отметить персонал Бенджамин и Мухаммад просто замечательные! Очень дружелюбные, внимательные и всегда готовы помочь. Благодаря им пребывание стало ещё приятнее.
Остались только положительные впечатления, с удовольствием вернёмся сюда снова и обязательно будем рекомендовать!

Впечатлений больше чем от дворцов!
Pros:

Дизайн отеля шедевральный, восторг, получаешь эмоции на каждом шагу. А эмоции это то за чем люди путешествуют. Персонал супер, помогли с такси. Заселили по возможности пораньше

Cons:

Внимание, в описании не увидела что колодец (внутренний дворик) - это в здании. Я когда бронировала думала как в Питере или Италии, где вверху нет крыши. Кто привык дома жить с открытыми окнами - не подойдет). (Вверху на потолке было окно, мне сказали оно автоматически открывается периодами, но я не увидела ни одного раза).

Сомнительное удовольствие
Pros:

Отличное расположение, отель расположен в историческом здании, внутри очень красивые инстаграмные интерьеры - можно сделать кучу классных фотографий, в номере высокие потолки и нет ощущения тесноты, очень удобный матрас на кровати, в ванной гель для душа и шампунь с очень приятным запахом. Персонал вежливый, приятный и предупредительный, особенно нам понравилась работа бармена/бариста, который на второй день запомнил, какой кофе мы будем пить за завтраком и делал его до того, как мы просили.

Cons:

К сожалению, во многом отель не соответствует заявленной категории и проигрывает по соотношению "цена-качество". В номере было много пыли, особенно по углам и на всех плинтусах. Ещё в номере отсутствовали шкафы, шкафчики или комоды для вещей, в нашем номере для одежды был только рейл с вешалками. Для отеля на одну ночь не критично, но мы останавливались на 5 дней, было очень неудобно. В номере предусмотрены полотенца, но не было банных халатов. Завтрак, который оплачивается отдельно, был довольно скудным и не очень разнообразным. Мы брали номер с окнами на внутренний двор, чтобы уличный шум не сильно мешал - по факту это окно во внутреннее помещение отеля, из-за этого в номере было очень душно. Самое неприятное - в этом же здании расположен ночной клуб (информации об этом нет на букинге и сайте отеля, мы обнаружили это на гугл-картах уже после того, как заселились) и ночами с субботы на воскресенье и с воскресенья на понедельник было очень шумно, хотя наш номер был на 3ем этаже. В номере на этом случай есть беруши, но они не особо помогли.

Pros:

A very beautiful hotel in a convenient location. It's easy to get to both the airport and major city attractions. The hotel is very authentic and steeped in history. There is an exhibition museum on the second floor. On the fourth floor there is a lounge bar with an incredible design. The staff was very attentive and responded positively to all requests.

i recommed the hotel, the location is great
Pros:

The staff welcomed very well, the day we came Mohammed,Bunyamin, Muhammed they helped to find the best room that fits our wishes.
The room was good, silent and comfortable

Cons:

The silent rooms with the back view to city didnt have good view, but still ok

Pros:

Location is taksim nice area
rooms needs more lighting, and toilets don't have hangers so you put your clothes on the floor.
reception are not very friendly
the bar on 4 floor is very nice, and the bartender is very nice but sadly it closes at 11pm

Cons:

weird vibes in the hotel, weird smell.
they didn't refill the coffee capsule and water bottles and we asked for them they wanted to make us pay for it but we refused.

IΤο ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ καλό σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία στην πόλη καθαρό όλο το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικό κ ιδιαίτερα τα παιδιά στη ρεσεψιόν ο Muhammed Yasin and Bunyamin πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικοί κ φιλικοί από την πρώτη στιγμή που φτάνεις σου διευκρινίζουν τα πάντα .Το πρωινό πολύ καλό Σας το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.
