Liked everything about the property - in a quiet neightborhood; quiet guests, nicely decorated - a real family home which was lovely -
Stairs and no lift - and for older visitors (like me) the stairs were somewhat challenging -
So many things, the hosts, the team who looked after us and fed us such fantastic food. Lovely room, great balcony and terrace to enjoy the sunset on. Beautiful park next door and a lovely little block to walk round and see every day life happening around you.
Nothing.
The family atmosphere and the location with parrots and owls in the trees
nothing
What a lovely family run hotel. We stayed for 2 nights over Diwali and couldn't have chosen better. Hospitality was excellent, room was lovely and comfortable and their home cooked food was some of the best we experienced in all of our travels.
Very beautiful, lovely cosy place and friendly, helpful personal, we really enjoyed our stay.
Extra thanks to Akram who helped us a lot with our train!
The host Jaidev and Devika were warm and friendly. The staff were very proactive and accommodating. Will definitely recommend 👌. Food was delicious. No request was too small or big for them. It is a pleasure to meet and interact with such lovely people 💕
Nothing negative
Very comfortable. Lovely peaceful area. Great atmosphere and wonderful staff and food.

The service from the staff was second to none, absolutely superb. The petal shower welcome, mango juice, coffee with biscuits, all made this one of the best stays of our trip. The rooms, the showers and the staff make this a superb choice for a stay. Make sure you have dinner as well, the food is excellent.

The property is beautifully decorated with many traditional pieces from India and it is more than a hotel it gives you the feeling of being home. We loved the home cooked dinner and breakfast it made our stay really easy. All the staff were attentive, especially Dinesh who always had a smile and ready to help in whatever way he could. The Owners are a lovely couple and part of the property is their family home. (Separate to the guests) It is very close to a park and temple. It is also on a side street tucked away from the main road so quieter, however I don’t think India is ever quiet :-D
They have a small library with reading room, great eating area, outside large veranda and small pool (we didn’t use the pool) the facilities in the bedroom had everything you need
There was nothing I didn’t like
Lovely helpful staff and owners. Very homely. Great traditional food with fresh, local ingredients.
Small pool was very welcome after a tiring couple of days. Well located in quiet enclave.
Great value for money. One of our favourite hotels on our trip - a great all rounder, we stayed at much more expensive hotels during our trip, but loved the personal service and friendliness of Ikaki Niwas
Amazing staff. Lovely welcoming by staff on arrival. Room was spacious and well appointed. Large bathroom. WiFi was good and we were taken care of like family.
Nothing.
Full of character. The owners are the epitome of gentility and hospitality. Our experience here actually exceeded our high expectations and we would highly recommend it to future guests. The team are extremely friendly and helpful. The food is mostly sourced from their own farm and the standard of the cooking is high – we actually had some of the best food of the entire trip here, which we did not expect. LGBT+ friendly.
The bathroom of our room, while perfectly serviceable, could do with an upgrade to match the room and rest of the property. Only a minor point though.
The location was in a nice neighborhood out of the city center, but there was plenty going on — a lively park, various cafes and restaurants within walking distance. It was easy to arrange a ride into town to visit the sites in Jaipur. And the hotel is beautiful.
Very friendly, family-like warmness.
I caught a cold during my stay, but they worried and cared about me, provided me with medicine and good tea for soar throat.
The facilities including room are super clean and comfortable.
Dinner and breakfast was very delicious and they even prepared for me a breakfast box for my early departure.
Nothing at all
Great place to stay. Warm. Hospitable. Great service. Lovely rooms.
Cant think of anything
