Pros:

The location is great but you have to put up with the noise of the trams, however they do stop late at night.
the room is a good size, bathroom recent reno, great shower, some of the furnishings a bit dated but that adds to the rustic character.
staff very thoughtful, we left at stupid o'clock to catch a flight and so left before breakfast, they offered to make us sandwiches!

ロケーションは最高に便利でした。雰囲気はアットホームでスタッフはプロフェッショナルでフレンドリー。5泊しましたがずっと快適でした。朝食も大変おいしかったです。

Cons:

メイン通りに面した見晴らしの良い部屋と(トラムや通りの騒音あり)と面していない景色はないが静かな部屋がありますので、予約時に希望すると良いかもしれません。

This is definitely NOT A FOUR STAR hotel.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

This is definitely NOT A FOUR STAR hotel. Stayed in a more expensive room with a balcony. The refrigerator in the room does not work and smells. badly Not possible to darken the room because some of the ceiling windows are missing blackout film. The door frame in the bathroom is decaying and smells accordingly. Very poor breakfast by usual Turkish standards.

Staff and the location of this hotel made Istanbul an easy visit.
Pros:

The location could not be better. 2 minute walk to major attractions and laneways full of restaurants. The lady at the reception desk was fantastic, couldn’t do enough to help us and gave very good orientation and sightseeing information. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The lighting in the room was not great. The hotel was on a main tramway route so was a little noisy, but with the windows closed we slept well.

Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade ins Familienzimmer bekommen - vielen Dank, es hat uns hier sehr gut gefallen!
Die Lage ist super, man hat alle wichtigen Geschäfte ringsrum und kommt auch schnell zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Der Flughafenshuttle hat sehr gut geklappt!

Overall best hotel I’ve stayed at and I’ve been to Turkey four times now.
Pros:

I really liked the size of the room, the bathroom, shower was amazing - big and good water pressure.

Location was great - in the middle of our two favourite spots (Grand Bazaar and Spice Bazaar). Tram literally right outside. Loads of food places nearby.

The staff were super friendly, the cleaner was exceptional. Room was cleaned properly and she even packed out things neatly.

Cons:

Breakfast variety not great but that’s like every hotel on Turkey.

Fantastische locatie, heel vriendelijk personneel, leuk straatje, oud pand
Pros:

Locatie is fantastisch. En een aantal aardige restaurantjes in het straatje waar het zit. Op loopafstand van Hagia Sofia, Blauwe Moskee en Grand Bazaar, en metro voor de deur. Top! Ziet er van binnen uit als een frans brasserietje.

Cons:

Ik vond het hier en daar wat achterstallig, beetje groezelig, maar dat was vooral omdat het een oud pand is.

The staff! So lovely and helpful. Couldn't do enough for us.
Great location if you want to be near the big sites.

Cons:

The room was a lot smaller than I was expecting. Luckily we were out and about a lot, so it wasn't too much of an issue. The room was also a bit tired as well in places and looked like it needed a bit of TLC.
Breakfast could be a bit chaotic and I was expecting a slightly bigger spread, but it was adequate for our needs giving us sustenance till lunchtime..
