All the staff were very good , professional and polite , location is perfect few minutes walk to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. I would definitely come back if ever in Istanbul again

La característica de este hotel es que guarda la imagen de un hotel antiguo con una recepción que es una mesa …al ser un 4 estrellas de categoría especial imagine otra cosa pero las habitaciones estaban perfectas !!

Pros:

The hotel staff were exceptionally good . We received a warm welcome and the hotel was very clean. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back here. The location is also very handy. The staff were all great and sema at reception was very efficient and helpful.

Great Hotel in Fabulous Location! Fab Staff too!
Pros:

We loved the location, close to everything. The staff were friendly and the rooms fantastic. We had a large suite but daughter had a lovely large room too. Breakfast perfect and better than any other hotel we visited in Turkey. Would definitely visit Faros again.

Cons:

Again, due to location if you want quiet, this is not your hotel but it really didn’t bother us. Not terrible and not till too late.

Pros:

Posizione perfetta per visitare Istanbul. Staff molto gentile. Abbiamo soggiornato con un bambino piccolo e ci hanno fatto upgrade con stanza più grande gratuitamente.

Cons:

Colazione migliorabile, anche se c’è sia dolce che salato. Se qualcuno ha il sonno leggero, il tram e abbastanza rumoroso sotto le finestre. Magari dipende anche dalla stanza assegnata.

Pros:

Warm and friendly reception. The female receptionist who works in the mornings is exceptional - friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Housekeeper was friendly and responsive. The property is close to all the excitement and hubbub of Old City but an oasis from it as well. Food at breakfast was excellent. Restaurant was excellent as well. This is a very well-managed property and we had an excellent stay.

Eine top Adresse die Lage ist unschlagbar!! Die freundlichkeit überragend , die Zimmer gut geschnitten,gemütlich und sehr sauber!! Das Frühstück war immer lecker und Abends konnte man den Flair von Istanbul draussen mit einem Drink geniessen!!

Cons:

Fruhstuck ist gar nicht ausreichend , keine grosse auswahl. 2 Sorte Schinken und 2 sorte kase auf plate und das war ! Kaffe gu bekommen muss mann 10 min warten trodzdem das ich bin als erste gewesswn am morgen .
