Pros:

The location was 10/10, the staff were very polite and welcoming, the rooms were clean and moderately spacious

Cons:

Breakfast was fresh and good, but the options were limited. If there can be more options added it would be great

Pros:

Central position very close to important attraction in Istambul

Cons:

The noise from outside ( street and restaurant) was important even if it was february wirh closwd windows and not a lot of tourists).
The breakfast was poor, some of the food was kept I think for a long period and the taste was unpleasant.

Very good hotel for value for money.

Best lication to be in Istanbul to explore. Staffs are excellent, always helping.

Pros:

Fantastic location , staff all so lovely it’s our second stay and we will definitely be back again.

Cons:

Disappointed that they no longer accept the 20% discount on food and drink as advertised when booked. Certainly helped durning our last visit as the food and drinks are fantastic but more expensive then elsewhere so it led us not to eat at the hotel this time as we had budgeted for the discount

It's very noisy from the restaurant and from the street.
Pros:

The price and location were the deciding factors in choosing the hotel. The helpful staff were also a plus. The room size, cleanliness, pillows, and pleasant renovations were also great

Cons:

It's unbearably noisy. The hotel is located on a street where a tram runs. Also, extremely loud music from the restaurant downstairs woke me up at 12 a.m. and lasted for half an hour. The previous night, I'd heard street construction from midnight until 3 a.m. This negates all the advantages.

Pros:

Hotel situato in ottima posizione, nel quartiere storico, vicino alle maggiori attrazioni di Istanbul. Camera all'ultimo piano moderna e spaziosa. Buona e varia la colazione servita a piano terra. Anche il ristorante è di qualità, con ottime portate.

Super fijn hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel en op een top locatie in het historische centrum van Istanbul.
Pros:

Locatie is geweldig, personeel ontzettend vriendelijk em behulpzaam. Alles is schoon, bed slaapt heerlijk. Op loopafstand van Blauwe Moskee, Cisterne Basilica eb Hagia Sophia, aanrader!
