Cons:

After reaching to hotel they refused to give me the room stating there is only non AC room and also you have to pay extra for that i called to customer support and after 1 hour he was ready to give me room byt after 1:30 PM he said it is the check in time here. Again i called to customer support and at last he provided me room but as i paid for AC room and stayed in non AC room.
