Pros:

Lina Li was fantastic. My brother and I became unwell with the flu and weren't able to go out to get dinner one night and we wanted some dinner and didnt know which app to use to order food. Lina ordered us food and she paid for it, although I didnt have an Chinese money on me to pay her back. In the end I had to force some GBP for her. Nothing was a problem for any of the staff. Lina is a credit to your hotel.
