Quirky building in great location
Pros:

Great location near Burnham Park and local bars, restaurants (especially Canto 😀). Large bedroom and bathroom with comfortable beds. Free black coffee from reception, excellent burger van out front 🍔😋

Cons:

Nice student vibe, but be prepared for all night study sessions in the common areas. Our ear plugs avoided disruption however. Shower pressure was low and a constant battle between hot and cold

Pros:

The location is near the Burnham Park and I like the ambience.

Cons:

The room lacked a television, but the bigger issue was the noise. The wooden floors above us offered no soundproofing; we were kept awake until 1 AM by a toddler running around on the floor directly overhead.

Pros:

Great vibe to sit in the cafe which is downstairs. Theres a small food truck serving delicious hand made burgers. Great touch to the place.

-Location is good. It’s near Burnham and other restaurants.
-Staff are also accommodating and their food is great.

- We thought we could get a good sleep but unfortunately, couldn’t. The noise was quite loud coming both from the inside and outside of the café. There’s no noise control and the cafe is open until 4am. There are many people dining and chatting past midnight.

- Room is clean but no toiletries except for towels were provided. We stayed at the 1st floor and our bathroom was also connected to the staff room which made it a little bit awkward. We kept the door locked at all times.

Superb, this will be my go to when i go back to baguio next time.
Pros:

Everything. Everything is wood but it is so surprising that it doesnt smell, not even one bit!!! The room is spacious and very cozy.

It was ok. I would not recommend the place if you are looking to get a good night sleep.
Pros:

The location and the staff were good

Cons:

The noise from the coffee shop customers were too much even late at night, despite having a sign for the quiet time which were not enforced by the staff. The house is quite old and the bathroom facilities were not clean. What was annoying was the smell of the food from the cooking in the ground until the late hours.
