Pros:

Die Lage ist sensationell. Einige Kilometer oberhalb von Montreux gelegen. Schönes Hotel mit älteren Zimmern. Der Boden in unserem Zimmer knirschte (was aber irgendwie auch cool ist). Wenns jemand stört dann sind es die Zimmernachbarn :-). Das Frühstück beinhaltete alles was Herz begehrte. Frisch und reichhaltig. Auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Genfersee… einmalig!

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts :-) Einzig benötigt man ein Auto um das Hotel zu erreichen. Oder man nimmt die Zahnradbahn oder ein Uber :-)

Pros:

La chambre qui était mentionnée 12m2 avec placard et en fait était un cagibi mansardé de 6m2 avec lavabo et vieille moquette . Heureusement je n'y ai passé qu'une nuit , à la limite de la légalité pour louer en tant que chambre .
Pourtant l'emplacement est vraiment joli avec une terrasse magnifique .
Dommage , mérite un bon coup de rénovation.!

Semplicemente un posto fantastico!! Per raggiungerlo bisogna affrontare salite e tornanti ma arrivati all'albergo tutto viene ripagato dalla vista su Montreux e sul lago. ..Incantevole.
Il personale molto giovane...tutti sorridenti, gentili e disponibili. L'albergo si presenta come un chalet di montagna con molto stile e fascino. Abbiamo cenato sulla terrazza che affaccia sul lago ed è stata una esperienza meravigliosa...mangiato molto bene coccolati dal personale e dal panorama. Noi abbiamo scelto due camere al secondo piano con bagno in comune. Abbiamo trovato tutto in ordine e pulito. Ottima esperienza.

Jai réservé une nuit dans cet établissement pour fêter l'anniversaire de ma conjointe, attiré par la promesse d’un endroit chaleureux et d’une vue magnifique sur le lac Leman.
Habitué au monde de l’hôtellerie et pas du genre à râler pour rien nous avons été plus que déçu par cet établissement.

Lors de notre arrivée nous avons pu constater qu’il n'y a aucun personnel dédié à la réception. Ce sont les serveurs du restaurant qui gèrent les check-in et check-out entre deux plats. Résultat : aucun accueil à l'arrivée, aucune considération au départ. La seule interaction a été : « Payez la taxe de séjour s'il vous plaît ». Et à deux reprises.
Au moment du Check out de nouveau aucune forme de politesse et personne ne nous a demandé si notre séjour s'était bien passé.

J'avais demandé en amont une petite attention pour elle,
Lorsque nous sommes entrés dans la chambre aucune petite attention / mot d'accueil pour son anniversaire. Rien n'a été fait, et personne n'a pris la peine de s'en excuser ou de nous expliquer pourquoi l’information avait été zappé.

Nous avons tout de même décider de dîner au restaurant ce soir là pour profiter pleinement de la vue.
À notre arrivée, nous avons demandé à être installés à une table déjà dressée et libre en bord de terrasse. La responsable a refusé catégoriquement, sans aucune raison valable, manifestement par pure mauvaise volonté puisque la réponse de base était simplement un « non ». C'est finalement la serveuse(théa si je me souviens bien du prénom inscrit sur son badge) qui a pris l'initiative de nous changer de table. Merci à elle.
Lors du dîner, l'appareil à fondue ne fonctionnait pas, transformant le fromage en un "gros pâté" compact. La réponse textuelle d’un des serveurs ? « Ah relou ». Zéro excuse, zéro geste commercial. Lunaire.
Nous avons payé sans faire d’histoire.
