Die Aussicht über den Genfer-See ist bombastisch schön! 👍🏼😊 Personal ist sehr nett!

Cons:

Für große Menschen ist leider alles sehr eng! Die Dusche, die Toilette und das Zimmer!
Leider ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen!

Pros:

Dit is echt een prachtig hotel op een prachtige locatie. Het uitzicht is fantastisch en de mooie oude kamers helemaal in stijl van het hotel.

Cons:

Douchen in bad is lastig, de slang is wat kort.

Très belle découverte !!!
Pros:

La vue du chalet et de la terrasse sont spectaculaires. L'emplacement est très bien. Possibilité de prendre le train, à 2 minutes pour se rendre en 20 minutes à Montreux.
Personnel très serviable et sympathique.
La table réservée au restaurant pour les clients de l'hôtel.
La chambre , bien que petite, était confortable et était dotée de tout le nécessaire.
Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Il y avait beaucoup de guêpes au moment où nous y étions, ce qui est réellement problématique.

Die Lage und Aussicht in einer sehr schönen Landschaft sind sehr eindrücklich. Das im Chalet-Stil gebaute Hotel ist trotz Alter schlicht und schmuckvoll. Unser Zimmer war klein, doch fein eingerichtet. Sehr bequemes Bett und auch Badzimmer sind fein restauriert worden. Ein Hauch Claude Nobs mit seinem Montreux Jazzfestival ist seh und spürbar.

Cons:

Die Freundlichkeits des Personals war eher bescheiden. Die Speisekarte ist stark Fleisch- und Käselastig. Festbeleuchtung ganze Nacht empfand ich in der heutigen Zeit unnötige Energieverschwendung.

De ligging was prachtig.

Cons:

Geen airco, zeer hete kamer, ramen openzetten doe je ook niet want er zijn geen horren en wel 300 wespen. Verder is een gedeelde badkamer natuurlijk ook niks voor een hotel, noem het dan een hostel.

Pros:

L,endroit en pleine nature. Le calme. La gentillesse extrême du personnel. La carte de spécialités suisses. Un excellent PDJ .Une expérience superbe pour le jour de mes 80 ans. J'espère pouvoir revenir..

Cons:

L'établissement est très apprécié.. il faut réserver à l'avance....

La posizione, con una splendida vista su Montreaux e lago

Cons:

Il bagno in comune con altri ospiti, così come la doccia. Le camere sottotetto piccole e caldissime, nonostante il ventilatore in dotazione. La cena eccessivamente cara rispetto alla tipologia dei piatti ordinati (hamburger con patatine).

Customer service training needed before we return!

Spacious and open with many areas.

Cons:

Paper cups in the bedrooms and total absence of welcome or being made to feel welcome on arrival (and departure). More as if we were disturbing their day by arriving (moreover we got an eye roll ‘oh, you booked with Booking?’ - but there was no welcome even before that realization), by being there for breakfast, by checking out… The serving staff (bar and resto) were great. The management less so.
