Excellent hotel for a relaxing beach holiday with great staff and facilities.
Pros:

We booked at the last minute at 8pm and the staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. The room was spotless and spacious. The facilities including pool, beach access and dining area were all great. The hotel arranged our next day transfer very efficiently. A great location for a relaxing beach break. The snorkelling nearby was really good.

Cons:

Everything was excellent.

Perfect spot for a relaxed beach stay with amazing snorkelling
Pros:

Malee Beach Villas is in a fantastic location, just a few steps from the beach, with the restaurant and café right by the water. One of the highlights for us was being able to snorkel directly from the hotel. Just a couple of hundred metres along the shore, we were able to see turtles very reliably—often six or seven at a time—which was a real highlight for the whole family. There’s also some healthy coral and a lovely variety of other sea life.

Breakfast was simple but delicious—we particularly enjoyed the granola and smoothie bowls, as well as the banana pancakes. The rooms were spacious, cool, and very clean, making it a comfortable place to return to after a day in the sun.

We also ate at the restaurant several times and found both the Western and Sri Lankan dishes to be very tasty. It was great to have good coffee in the mornings and enjoy drinks at the bar in the evenings.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. We especially appreciated how relaxed they were about our checkout on the final day—we were able to keep one of our rooms until around 2pm, which really took the pressure off and meant we could properly enjoy our last morning.

Overall, this is a brilliant spot for a relaxed family beach holiday, and we would happily stay here again.

Wir würden wiederkommen.
Pros:

Die Umgebung, das sehr freundliche Personal, Pool, Strand mit Liegen und Bar hat den Aufenthalt für uns besonders gemacht. Für uns stand Erholung im Vordergrund.

Great place and location
Pros:

Great value for money, fantastic location by the beach, really nice rooms, great breakfast buffet, very helpful and friendly staff. A nice pool as well. All you could hope for really! Would definitely go back.

Heel fijn onderkomen met fijne sfeer op prachtige locatie.
Pros:

Prachtige locatie vlakbij het strand met zwembad, fijn balkon, goed bed, airco en fan. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en een hele fijne vibe. Weg van de drukte van Mirissa, maar toch vlakbij restaurants en uitgaansgelegenheden.

Cons:

Niets. Integendeel, we hebben zelfs 2 extra nachten geboekt.

Hade gärna stannat en natt till.
Pros:

Läget! Egen strand med solsängar som var gratis. Bra mat och shakes. Bra service. Värdeskåp på rummen. Välstädat och bra pool.
Fantastisk frukostbuffé!!!

Saknas stolar på rummet.

Excellent location, fabulous stagg! Will definitely visit again!
Pros:

Staff were wonderful, very attentive! Location was amazing and breakfast was excellent every morning. Make sure you try the local dishes!

Cons:

Storage for clothes - would have benefitted from a set of drawers so suitcases could be unpacked

Perfect place on the beach.
Pros:

Great location on the beach with a nice restaurant / bar by the Ocean. The pool was large and quiet. The family room we booked was spacious with two single beds and a double. The surrounding area felt safe and it was nice to stroll around to the other restaurants in the evenings. The manager was friendly and helped up with whatever we needed. Food was great and the banana pancakes for breakfast were perfect! We’d stay here again and could have stayed longer.

Good hotel with minor flaws
Pros:

We had a room on the top of the house with a nice balcony. The street were the hotel is, is very busy but it was not overly noisy. The food and beverage in the restaurant was really good and was not so expansive. The pool was clean and spacious. 200meter from the hotel is a snorceling spot directly in front of the beach and we saw a lot of sea turtles.

Cons:

The bathroom had a real foul smell. The water kettle did not work. It was the first time in Sri Lanka were the host did‘nt support our further travelling.
