Pros:

Decent enough for a work trip. Parking, staff, spaciousness of the unit and amenities of the kitchen. Also they have back up water.

Cons:

The lack of sink prop or stop gap so I couldn't wash the dishes.

It was good place but needed to look like three stars. I love the staff very friendly only noisy out
Pros:

On the entrance security needs to be tighten, since it's hotel they have to provide gowns in the rooms
Too much noise on passage need to be controlled
Kitchen where they serve breakfast needed to look appealing

Fabuleux, à refaire très très très bientôt !
Pros:

J'ai tout aimé du studio que j'occupais, très propre, paisible, reposant, bien équipé aussi. Bref, tout était comme il faut. C'est avec le cœur serré que je l'ai quitté pour retourner au Cameroun. L'hôtel est très bien situé (Rosebank Avenue), dans un environnement très sécurisé et avec de belles attractions dans les environs.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel except for the noise coming from the outlets down stairs

The breakfast included on the amount and the staff was friendly and helpful both reception and at the kitchen

Cons:

The lift was not working and we had to use the stares to go to the 3rd floor and Noone notified us.
The fact that we had to walk in rain going to the kitchen side.
Toilet airfresheaner needed in the toilets
Blankets throw was not smelling clean
