Good for the price.
Pros:

We like that it is 2 bedroom for only below 2.5k pesos. Appliances are new like the microwave, refrigerator and is essentially clean. Mattress is firm enough but not hard which is how I like it.

Cons:

The location is near a construction warehouse (I guess?). So there are noise because of trucks, people loading and unloading, grinding works. Wall or doors are thin so even people talking at the ground floor can be heard.
The bidet has leak and I think it's been that way for a long time since itbalready has leak marks. And it became troublesome to have wet floor at the CR. Beside this ifor the price it is good enough.
