Location was great. Staff in the building was accommodating and doing their job.
Advertise that has shower but shower does not even work properly. 0 communication from the host, apart from the check in details given. Host did not let us know ahead of time regarding water interruption —It was overnight water interruption but communication is key. We only knew about it when we directly asked the security downstairs. We messaged all numbers given but not heard from them at all. Toilet bowl was wobbly (not glued or put on properly) like you get uncomfortable sitting cos it might break anytime.

The bed was comfy and the air conditioning was good.
I had no WiFi the whole time I was there. Also, there were stains on the bathroom sink and small bugs crawling on the wall by the eating table. I messaged the owner and she never resolved any issues. So I asked to leave and she said I could with no cancellation fees and to refund my last 3 days I wouldn’t be there. But she put me as a no show and charged me cancellation but refunded part of that which did not equal the value of the days I had left

I love the cozy vibe of the place, it was clean, comfy and the location was perfect, just few steps away from Ayala Center Cebu. The staff were courteous and accommodating as well.

No tuvieron la habituación preparada a pesar de haber llegado 4 horas mas tarde del check-in. Además, nos encontramos una cucaracha y había muchos mosquitos. Por ultimo, no se pueden abrir las ventanas por lo que no hay ventilación.

The windows didn't open
Aircondition was right above our head so we couldn't put it on on cold in the night and it was super warm we didn't sleep well at all
And the toilet sit is moving and there is constantly bad smell in the bathroom because the room doesn't get dressed up as the windows don't open
location was good. 7eleven at the ground floor was the life saver. quite a few food option in the Ayala centre, though we didn't like most of them. room access was easy.
the apartment was way smaller than expected. too small for 2 Adult + 2 kid. it is actually good for couples.
