We have been fortunate to stay in some lovely hotels and apartments. This was one of the best.
Pros:

The views over the Pacific and beach from the balconies. The size of the apartment and the facilities - 4 large en-suite bedrooms all with flat screen TVs. Plus pool table in the sitting room - it really was that big.
If you are booking, try to request a room with a sea view - we were in room 701, on 7th floor, and it looks as though all rooms ending in '01' will have the same view but on different floors. Don't be put off by the higher floor numbers - the views are just more impressive and the lifts are great.
The pool is also large and well kept with plenty of sun loungers - this was our final week in CR after travelling to all the hotspots. The aim was to relax and this was the perfect place.
We were well looked after by Paula who responded immediately when we needed some help. I can't recommend this enough.

Pros:

Perfect location in Jacó on the beach with walking distance to restaurants and groceries. This condo was 4 bedrooms with 5 baths and was plenty big enough for the 6 of us.

Cons:

The air conditioning and hot water could sometimes be a challenge to adjust but I wouldn’t consider this a game changer.

Nicest condos for sure around the area and great value. Defenetely would come back!!

Condo was beautiful and great location. Well maintained
Great to let us store luggage for couple of hours until transportation arrived

Cons:

A few problems with hot and cold water issues in 2 of the rooms and ac not working well in one of the small rooms

Pros:

The view was amazing, it was very safe, the restaurants had good food, the pool was clean . Access to the ocean was easy.

Cons:

Our connection to the airport flight was at 1:30 in the morning and we had to be out of the complex at 11:00am. We could not store our baggage anywhere onsite except the room beside the guarded entrance and if we stored the luggage there we had to be there to watch it. We wanted to stay that day from 11:00 till 7:00 at the poolside so we had access to a shower and a bathroom but that was not allowed either. We meet the people who were rented the room after us and they said they came a day earlier and you gave them a room to stay while waiting for us to leave. Your very accomadating to people coming into the facility but not very accomadating when we leave. That was the only issue we had during our stay there.
