Excellent unit with very clean and organize place to stay in. Stayed comfortably, nice place.
Pros:

Location is ideal near moa and smx convention center. It's clean, cozy, well-equipped and comfortable to stay in.

Cons:

Very minimal customer service at the front desk of the S residences.

Highly recommended despise security paranoia
Pros:

- cute small condo - fits for a family- 2 adults and 2 kids.
- location perfect for a short stay in Manila, close from the airport and 10 minutes by walk from MOA.
- the pool is really great but you have to pay 150 per guest to use it (even kids).
- fast internet
- family mart or 7eleven next door
- guest answer fast any question you have, you can count on them, service was great.

Cons:

- pool is located is a different tower
- access to the pool too complicated, you have to buy tickets - then get pool bracelets at the pool tower lobby where you have to fill a form - when you finally arrive the pool, there’s another control of the bracelets and you have to fill a form again. It’s too much, especially with 3 and 5 years old kids, they just want to go straight to swim. Way too much, made me feel a bit uncomfortable and stressful when I just wanted to relax.
- in general I would say, too much security. They wanna control your “guest card” every time your enter the tower. Was a bit complicated for our babysitter, asked for her ID and check bags and too many questions.
- they should put a card access to access the lift so maybe they wouldn’t be that paranoiac…
