Nice location, courteous staff
Pros:

Courteous staff, location close to road and food vendors. Easy access to town

Cons:

When you take keys with you when there should be spare keys, no daily cleaning so all 3 days no room cleaning. Also, breakfast should start early before 8am.

男性の一人旅には良いかも知れません。
Pros:

・スタッフの方がとても親切でした。私の拙い英語にも辛抱強く付き合ってくれました。フレンドリーで、ホスピタリティは素晴らしかったです。
・客室は1Fに位置していたため、大きなスーツケースがあっても困りませんでした。
・ドライヤー、無料のペットボトルの水、冷蔵庫などはありませんでしたが、冷蔵庫はスタッフの方にお願いして、冷やしてくれました。
・私の希望する時間に合わせて、朝食を用意してくれました。とても臨機応変に対応してくださいました。
・Booking.comに記載の宿泊条件どおりでした。

Cons:

・客室に入った時、ゴミ箱が山盛りになっていました。指摘したら、すぐに捨ててくれました。
・窓の辺りは蜘蛛の巣だらけでした。
・水圧が非常に弱くて、シャワーを浴びるのが大変でした。お湯も出ませんでした。そのため、髪を洗うだけでも30分くらい掛かりました。
・これは不可抗力ですが、宿泊日当日の夜は嵐により周囲一帯が停電しました。そのため、エアコンなどは使用できませんでした。
・バスタオルに黒い大きな虫がいました。日本では見掛けたことが無い虫でした。

Pros:

Mein Aufenthalt im Marrets Hotel Cape Coast war rundum positiv. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und sorgt dafür, dass man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlt. Mein Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann das Marrets Hotel jedem Cape-Coast-Besucher weiterempfehlen!

Cons:

Es war zu wenig Personal vorhanden.

Die Besitzerin war nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

In dem Hotel herrschen schreckliche Zustände. Ich kann nur allen empfehlen von einer Buchung hier abzusehen! Wir konnten morgens früh schon in die Zimmer und diese waren NICHT geputzt. Nichts war sauber. In der Toilette waren Spuren vorheriger Gäste, tote Kakerlaken lagen vor der Dusche und auch im Essbereich im Gang, Haare im Abfluss. In den Zimmern hat es furchtbar gestunken, die Handtücher waren dreckig. Einzig das Bett war in Ordnung. Hier haben wir uns sehr unwohl gefühlt und waren froh, dass wir nur eine Nacht bleiben mussten.

Zum Frühstück: Es ist zwar inklusive, wer aber keine 2 Stunden auf ein labbriges Toast und einen versalzenen Porridge warten möchte, sollte lieber von einer Bestellung absehen.

Outside the centre, good stay in Cape Coast

Nice host, nice room, nice breakfast. Location is out of the centre, but there are plenty of tuktuks, so, no problem.
