Great hotel.
Pros:

Big room. Clean. Nice bed and furnishings.

Cons:

A little bit out of the main downtown area.

A great spot
Pros:

Good place to stop on our way to Boracay.
It was comfortable. The staff were extremely accommodating and very helpful.
We felt safe. It was nice.

Cancellation without notification
Pros:

Didn’t get to experience anything.

Cons:

Booked for 3D2N and 2D1N however our overnight stay was cancelled a month before our stay so we had to revise our itinerary. When we went there for our 3D2N stay we were told that our reservation was cancelled but we weren’t even notified about it. All the hotels nearby were already fully booked! It totally ruined our vacation.

Pros:

I love the room, it's spacious, the bed is comfortable to sleep in with. They have a tinted balcony door..

Cons:

They have no electric source near the mirror, I can't use my hair curler in front of it. I had to do it near the bed/tv.

Good place to sleep.
Pros:

The room is dark enough, that my jet lag brain can sleep through. It didn't help that i have online work. But the staff was ok. Overall, i have no complain.

Cons:

Customer Service can be improve, but otherwise they're ok in general.

Pros:

I like everything about the room, it's spacious, spotless clean from bed to comfort room, smells good... We ordered food at the cafe, food is of good quality

Cons:

Just the stairs, not for PWDs or senior citizens... No elevator

book your stay here its worth every penny!
Pros:

good coffee! one of the best in philippines especially the spanish latte, nice hot shower, the room is big and pretty new still, place to park, good simple breakfast, the laundry was cheap and fast! staff and working students were pretty friendly!!!

Cons:

nothing everything was exceptional!!
