Pros:

Location is good. Team is co-operative although not well trained. Rate is reasonable. They provided Kettle on request which was helpful.

Cons:

Cockroaches in the room. They hadn't kept basic items like hair oil sache which costs Rs.2 or 3. Couldn't get it despite requests. Service boys not well trained in customer service and courtesy.

More cleanliness needed. Fresh clean white bedsheets on bed is a must. Plug points n charging points were notbworking. Geyser dd have hot water for bath in cold season.
