Pros:

The staff was so kind and helpful, the room was beautiful, the bed was so comfortable and the terrace to the beach was amazing and calming. We liked the pools and the private beach, the pizza at the restaurant was also surprisingly good, really recommend

Cons:

The island is full of mosquitoes (which is not the hotels fault but makes it hard)

Pros:

Excelentes instalaciones, todos fueron muy atentos durante toda la estancia. Las playas son cristalinas y puedes ver peces en la mañana con solo caminar unos pasos dentro del agua. Quede muy feliz con el hotel y sus servicios, las habitaciones e instalaciones se encuentran tan cual de ven en las fotos.

Vale mucho la pena el tour de bioluminisencia, es una experiencia única.

Cons:

El varias ocasiones del día no servía el agua fría del baño de la habitación,dejaba de salir agua o solo salía caliente.

de todas las opciones que vimos incluyendo Airbnb creo que fue la mejor opcion.
Pros:

La ubicacion y las instalaciones externas del hotel acceso a playa a unos cuantos pasos increibles y nos toco un clima excelente, volvemos a regresar

El hotel es hermoso! Una habitación increíble con vista al mar, bañera en el balcón , un sueño!!

Nice hotel, nice vibe but not the best beach spot, but still beautiful.
Pros:

Good facilities. Room with great view and great air conditioning.

Cons:

There was a problem with water one day, we could not shower, use the sink or even flush for more than half a day. I had to ask for an alternative so we could take a shower and the staff showed us a shower we could use.
