Some of the staff were extremely nice and helpful, the space is beautiful but not fully functional. Tulum prices.

Disappointing Experience
Pros:

The personnel are quite nice and helpful

Cons:

🚨 We didn't have water for three days
🚨 The beach is almost non existent and the pictures are far away from reality.
🚨 The hotel is poorly maintained in many places
🚨 The rooms are poorly lighted, far away from what you see in the pictures and the walls are thin like paper. You will hear everything!
🚨 You have no privacy on the roof, if you book a presidential room. Anyone can walk by.

In my opinion it is not worth your money. The best thing you can do is go to better hotels like Nomad or Ana y José

El calma frente al mar
Pros:

Nuestra estancia en AWA Holbox fue maravillosa. Las vistas al mar son muy bonitas con la puesta de sol, realmente uno de esos lugares donde despiertas y ya estás en calma. El hotel tiene una energía muy especial, cuidada y tranquila.

Quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad y atención del personal, siempre atentos y cercanos. En particular, Carlos, el director, que se nota que cuida cada detalle y hace que la experiencia sea aún mejor, y Miguel, con su trato, profesionalidad y disposición.

Sin duda, un hotel al que volveríamos y que recomendamos si buscas disfrutar de Holbox con comodidad, buen gusto y una atención excelente.

Cons:

Nada que destacar, no está incluido el traslado al ferry pero tampoco tiene mayor complicación. De estar incluido sería un plus
