Bel hôtel et excellente cuisine, mais pas de plage et service incohérent.
Pros:

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet hôtel. Il est très beau, avec une décoration élégante et raffinée. Nous avions une suite face à la mer, spacieuse et très agréable. Le salon avec la piscine à disposition était un vrai plus. Les couchers de soleil y sont tout simplement magnifiques, parmi les plus beaux que nous ayons vus. Nous avons également très bien mangé, la qualité de la cuisine est excellente.

Cons:

En revanche, il est dommage que l’hôtel ne dispose pas de plage, alors que l’on vient à Isla principalement pour ses belles plages. Bien que la nourriture soit très bonne, les prix sont assez élevés. Nous avons aussi rencontré un manque de cohérence dans le service on nous avait indiqué que le petit-déjeuner sur le toit du bâtiment M était inclus étant donné l’emplacement de notre chambre, mais un jour il nous a été facturé, le lendemain un serveur nous a dit que c’était compris, puis le jour suivant on nous a refacturé celui de la veille. De même, pour une même commande, nous avons parfois payé des suppléments, puis un autre jour le tarif normal.

Enfin, nous avons relevé plusieurs erreurs sur nos commandes durant le séjour. C’est regrettable pour un établissement de ce standing.

Días extraordinarios para disfrutar
Pros:

Las instalaciones muy adecuadas y cómodas, aunque la limpieza es difícil por la arena, siempre limpian y mantienen todo en excelente estado

Cons:

Las mesas y sillas del restaurante para desayuno, en ocasiones estaban sucias y llegaba a ser incomodo cuando el sol pega directo, valdría la pena buscar formas para dar mas sombras durante el día, por otro lado debido a los vecinos en las madrugadas se escuchan todas las fiestas y es difícil conciliar el sueño, les recomiendo las habitaciones con vista directa al mar, son más silenciosas

Preis-Leistung beim Essen könnte besser sein - dies sind allerdings zusätzliche Services, die nicht im Hotel inkudidiert sind. Im Umfeld des Hotel sind viele tolle Restaurants.

A times staff a bit slow with service (asked for water or towels or open the umbrella but never got them or asked to wait and never got it)

Stunning hotel and beautiful stay, some small service improvements needed
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful with stunning views, very clean and great food. Perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Cons:

Some small improvements needed with customer service - the room wasn’t ready until an hour after check in time, I wasn’t given any information about the facilities/ times: WiFi. No way to communicate with reception ( I had no hot water but had to go down to ask someone to look at it)

Pros:

Personalen på Hotellet gjorde hela vistelsen extra underbar! Alla var så vänliga och sociala! Ett extra tack till Mimi i baren, Fran i köket och Lu ❤️

Cons:

Förvaringsmöjligheterna var ganska dåliga. Dåligt med krokar för handdukar och hyllor för kläder / väskor

The design of the rooms was beautiful, as was the view.

Cons:

Beachfront is not good and need to take a bike or taxi to the main beach. Room was not ready upon arrival and had to wait over one hour after a long day of travel. Everything was overpriced and the experience does not match the price point. Also, nothing was comp’d despite the delay mentioned above.
