Comfortable Stay Near the Beach!
Pros:

I liked the location and how clean we found it. The owner, Mirsad, was very attentive and was very quick responding to our messages. We had to postpone our trip one week due to a personal incident and Mirsad was very understanding and flexible. We are very thankful for him and the cozy and comfortable studio. We will definitely come back :)

Cons:

Everything was great, I would just have appreciated finding some cooking basics such as salt, but for the rest we were very happy. Also, it is located in a private fenced property, so we had to register our car and pay a $23 fee for parking there, which it wasn't terrible.

It’s perfect for couples. We hope to visit again the next time we’re in PCB.
Pros:

We liked how it was really close to everything and that it was private, that was our main priority. We also liked how responsive and informative our host was.

Cons:

We wish we would’ve gotten more toiletries such as toilet paper and towels/wash clothes since we booked for 8 days, but we were able to purchase our own to get through the rest of our trip.

Tiny place with amenities.....
Pros:

The room had everything needed - even coffee and filters. Loved the large bathroom and all the towels for bathing and the pool.

Cons:

Was surprised to see how small the facility actually is. According to the pictures it appears lots larger especially for two people. The fact that we had to pay to park the car in a locked community seemed not right. There was no inside area for us to work out on equipment or have communication with a secretary on site. Very unusual for a place with that many owners/rentals.

Great stay and great location!
Pros:

The located and it being a gated community was fantastic. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious.

Cons:

Everything was pretty great. If I had to say any dislikes it would be that it wreaked of cigarettes in the door way to get into the room and that smell would get into the room. And I also didn't like that the payment for parking wasn't disclosed when booking. But other than that I enjoyed it.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Charming Beach Studio! Everything was more than adequate, and we especially loved the location—the beach, the shopping, and the security of the gated community made it even better. A great spot for a relaxing getaway!

Cons:

If asked what we didn’t like, nothing really comes to mind. The only thing we could say is that the weather could have been warmer—but that’s just December in Florida! It certainly didn’t take away from our stay, and we’d gladly return.
