Pros:

ロケーション、スタッフの丁寧な対応、コストパフォーマンスがすごく良かった。

Cons:

埃がすごくて、アレルギーが出てしまい鼻水が止まらなかった。

The Median is a great place to stay in Cebu city
Pros:

The location was prime since it’s near ITPark. The property is beautiful and we loved the Japanese style condominium. The staff was super friendly and the 24 hour convenience store was a great amenity.

Very good value for money
Pros:

Excellent central location. Modern Condo building with pool and recreation room and a 7-11 store inside in the ground floor . Clean and well arranged studio perfect for a couple

Cons:

The shower had very low water pressure and was barely warm. This I know is quite normal in PH but I think worth pointing out for people not used to this

Such a beautiful and cozy space with a balcony for amazing views using the binoculars provided. Absolutely a well-thought-out condo! From the printed-out paper with recommendations to the cookies and candy added to the tea items to the great facilities to quick assistance to plugging me for the best uphill tour and photographs! Made such great memories, thank you very much to Lovely and her sister!

Spacious at an affordable price.
Pros:

I like that it was really spacious and had everything I needed. The unit is Japanese-inspired. The view is great.

Pros:

Die Auststatung und Größe war völlig ausreichend. Leider nicht der Zustand der Wohnung.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war sehr runtergekommen und die Lautstärke war so unerträglich in der Nacht (54dB im Schlafzimmer), dass wir ausziehen mussten. Des Weiteren, fühlt man sich in der Straße in der Nacht nicht sicher. Wir verstehen nicht woher die guten Bewertungen kommen.

Obwohl wir bereits nach 2 Nächten auszogen, war der Vermieter 0 Kulant und hat uns keinen Peso zurückgezahlt.

Pros:

So on my arrival I was early because of fligh, the Host and her son meet me in the lobby early, so nice. The condo was very clean with a beautiful view and so close to everything, I fully recommend 100%.

Cons:

I can't find any faults with condo.

Ok for a short stay
Pros:

we liked that
1. TV has Netflix
2. Owner was responsive
3. Security was polite
4. A convenience store is located on the ground floor
5. A pair of binoculars was provided

Cons:

1. The road to the building is dark and we felt "unsafe" so we could not walk out at night for a stroll.
2. Shower was not powerful
3. No cloth or similar in the kitchen to clean up. Needed to buy kitchen towels
4. As we have knee problems, the bed and dining table being "lowered" (Japanese style) were not convenient. Not the owner's fault.

I really like how spacious it is, its is also cozy and the staff are aproacheable too. we were at the lobby an hour before our checkin time but since the room was already available when the concierge inquired, they let us go to tthe room already.

Cons:

No water dispenser available.

Comfy and cozy unit with a great view
Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay at this condo. Super comfy in a central location - close to anything you might need/want. The unit is tastefully decorated with really great views. The wifi was fast and reliable for work. Lovely is such a responsive and accommodating host - allowed me to check in early. The building has a convenience store and a coffee place in the lobby too. I already wanted to book here again for next week but they are already full. Highly recommend this place!

We enjoy the city view, near in shopping mall IT Park, Ayala Mall and laundry it is very convenient.
Pros:

Near at the venue of our training,ideal place to visit because it is near in the malls, laundry and market.

Cons:

Some guy staff are not approchable😔
