Prima hotel !!
Pros:

Prima hotel even buiten Colmar. Ook sauna, stoombad en zwembad aanwezig.

Cons:

Het balkon zat vol met duiven en vogelenstront, Tis winter dus niet fijn , maar maakte geen gebruik van balkon. In de zomer is dit een groot min punt.

Pros:

Au niveau de hôtel pas grand chose, ça ne vaut pas le prix. Mérite d'être rénové !

Cons:

Vétusté, il faut payer 15 euros par personne par jour pour avoir une serviette et un penoir pour le spa. Le petit-déjeuner est boof, bref je ne recommande pas.

Pros:

- Emplacement calme et isolé

- Personnel aimable et à l'écoute

- Petit-déjeuner copieux

Cons:

- Parking exigue et ne peut acceuillir tout les clients de l'hôtel

- Isolation phonique et thermique à améliorer dans les chambres

- Absence d'air conditionné

- Frigo vide (alors qu'il devrait être remplie selon Booking et l'hôtel)

- Toiles d'araignées un peu partout dans la chambre

Très bonne ambiance. Tout le personnel était accueillant et chaleureux. On a passé une très bonne semaine. Hôtel très bien situé, central pour les marchés de Noël On y retournera c’est sûr

Spinnweben an Zimmerdecke, Balkon voller Taubenkacke - konnten nicht raus. Frühstücksbuffet/Kaffeemaschine logistisch nicht optimal. Matratze sollte gewechselt werden

Pas à la hauteur d'un 3 étoiles 😫
Pros:

Le point positif était sa localisation pour pouvoir faire les marchés de Noël des environs.
La literie était bonne.

Cons:

Il n'y avait rien dans la chambre, pas de quoi se désaltérer, pas de quoi se faire un thé ou un café (même soluble), le frigo était à même le sol posé dans un coin de la chambre et même pas une bouteille d'eau à l'intérieur.
Pour un hôtel 3 étoiles ça laisse à désirer.
Pour un couple, les lits jumeaux étaient rapprochés mais pas collés et impossible de se tenir l'un près de l'autre sinon les lits s'écartaient et risque de tomber entre eux.
Nous étions venus avec notre chaton, et après avoir visité la chambre, elle s'est retrouvée couverte de fils de poussière et toiles d'araignée...
Le papier toilette était de qualité médiocre, très très fin et rêche.
Bref pour une nuit à 269€ j'ai eu la sensation d'être prise pour une grosse idiote en restant polie.
Nous n'y retournerons certainement pas.

Pros:

L'espace de la chambre

Cons:

LE PRIX!!!! 310€ et même pas une bouteille d'eau ni de café à disposition dans la "SUITE".
Des horaires restreintes pour l'accès à l'espace SPA, Idem pour le restau et il n'y a qu'un menu!
Déco ancienne, literie inconfortable et qui grince.
