Không nên cọc bằng tiền mặt. Mình đã mất hơn 1h đồng hồ để chờ lấy lại số tiền cọc là 200rb. Tất cả đều ổn trừ vấn đề hoàn cọc. Gia đình m đã rất tức giận vì sắp tới giờ bay nhưng ko dc nhận lại tiền mặt

Location great.Apartment below expectations
Pros:

Location near KLCC and building with pool and nice restaurant just downstairs were great.

Cons:

The rooms shown on booking.com are only partially the rooms you get. And then you get the not so nice rooms of the ones shown. The nicer ones are in fact another apartment that seems not to be for rent. There were no bedlinnens for all guests, not enough towels, no toilet paper, etc. Stains on wall.

Clean and tidy unit, next to KLCC
Pros:

Unit was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable.
Location was the best, next to KLCC and all the city centre excitement.

Cons:

Check in instructions were not clear, we were told to call a person for check in but he didn't answer his phone. The security station was very helpful in the end.
The aircon in the unit was not cold, it could not be adjusted and was 25c the whole night.

Pros:

Room all ok, however no iron and iron provided in the apartment. Also the washing machine is there but the dryer was not functioning maybe due to old machine. Did try to run dryer for about 3 hours but our cloth still wet.
Other than that all great with good location. Got Zus and mart at ground floor area which is very convinient.
