Exceptional
Pros:

This is my second time staying in this unit and I really liked it. It's spacious and it's located near MOA. It is only on the 3rd floor so we don't have to wait for the elevator for too long.

Pros:

With this property using the access to the pool as a major come on and the host forgetting to mention the inconvenient part of getting permission from "admin" to use the pool, something is quite terribly wrong. Hosting is done remotely from a different time zone making it difficult to fix matters when needed. If you will choose this property because of the swimming pool, that is something to be discussed clearly from the start so you could do the necessary bloody paperwork.

Perfect
Pros:

I loved the place. The airconditioning was great. Security is so well in place. Feels like home.

Cons:

I would love to watch regular TV, not available though. We can watch netflix but since I have netflix at my phone, when I see TV set, I would love to go to a regular TV programming

A LITTLE IMPROVEMENT
Pros:

It's a 5 minutes walk to MOA which is definitely good and very convenient for us.
Our stay was also comfortable and the place was cozy, perfect for a family of 4.

Cons:

There was no internet 🙂. Some facilities needs changing, example, the stove. It took us 30 minutes to cook 6 pcs eggs.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable,and the bathroom was clean.. yet the unit is a bit plain needs a little bet of decoration, but I enjoyed staying. The pool was cool

Cons:

The internet was very bad.. don't wanna recommend

The whole staycation experience is great and I would still choose to stay on the same unit next time
Pros:

The 2BR unit which is located at 3rd Floor is very convenient and comfortable, air conditioning is good, the unit is clean and free of any insects, roaches etc. the owner also cared to provide bath shower gels, and dishwashing liquid and sponge which I don't normally get with previous bookings.

Cons:

There were no available iron for ironing clothes which I needed for the whole duration of stay.

A good place to stay
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

WiFi is connected but it didn't really connect to the internet. The owners are not always available as they were abroad so when something goes wrong it cannot be rectified straight away.
