Value is not at par with the price.
Pros:

The location was great, it was in the middle of everything and there was parking and pay parking availability. It also have multiple beds and 2 bathrooms, the room was spacious and the view was great.

Cons:

The floors were very sticky and dirty, it left black marks on our socks/slippers yet they require guests to remove shoes within the unit. The stove was also very very weak, it took us 45 minutes just to fry eggs and an hour to make soup boil. It needs thorough cleaning as the unit was also very dusty. The projector available had a broken tripod so we were unable to use it. They need better caretakers/cleaners.

We really loved our stay, so I definitely recommend this to my friends and also we might come back.
Pros:

I loved everything, from the friendly, helpful and accommodating staff to the cozy and elegant unit.

Cons:

hmmm if I had to specify, it would be the toilet on the second room, because the seat is a little broken..

Pros:

The room was nice but we were followed up to our room and asked for the security deposit which I didn’t receive back for 4 weeks. The owners were pretty much impossible to get a hold of and were forced to give a tip after already paying and paying the security deposit without even being able to look at the room. Wouldn’t return
