Não gostei que não li no app que não estava incluído café da manhã, mas conseguimos anexar, a atendente resolveu isso. A persiana da janela emperrou, o menino da recepção veio resolver. O ar condicionado é bom, um pouco barulhento, mas gela, até porque precisamos de um coberto extra que o menino da recepção providenciou. O frigobar, quando abri tinha mia garrafa de coca-cola e uma garrafa de água de outro hóspede congelada que novamente o menino da recepção veio retirar e tirou foto. O ruim que escolhi lá pela vista, bem no alto e uma pena que não específica na descrição que ficaríamos em uma parte que parece um anexo e minha vista era um muro de concreto. O estacionamento é bom. O canto dos pássaros é maravilhoso, porém uma música barulhenta foi até a 1 hora da madrugada, algo nada agradável, acredito que seja da vizinhança do hotel. O café da manhã é bom, porém não vi ou não tinha ovos mexidos, mas o cardápio é bem variado.

Incapacidade de providenciar a nota fiscal no Check-out, ficaram de enviar mais tarde mas estou a dias em contato via WhatsApp com a equipe do hotel eram necessárias 2 notas porém enviaram apenas uma outra segue pendente. Demora em dar um retorno. Pior que esta se tornando recorrente.
