Pros:

Very spacious and beautiful rooms in an old building

Cons:

No responses to my questions; no sufficient indication of how to find the apartment and what exactly I had to to with the different keys, once I had finally managed to find the key box. The standard instructions that are sent via booking.com are far too imprecise and the owners do not respond to texts or phone calls.

Also, the apartment is very noisy, due to its location just in front of a main, busy street and due to the poor quality of the windows, even if there are double windows (they are old single-glazed windows with no seals of any kind).

Finally, the website does not explicitly announce that the kitchen is shared with other apartments.

Pros:

The property was clean, rooms very large and confortable. Since we were six, we had the shower and toilet for the 6 of us only. The kitchen was shared, but those days we stayed there were no other guests. Location is amazing, bery close to city center.

Praktisch, freundlich, großzügig
Pros:

Check-in völlig easy und jederzeit möglich. Sehr großes ZImmer. Bei Beschwerden schnelle Reaktion (Dusche nicht abgelaufen, abend alles erledigt).

Cons:

Unfassbar heiß: große Fenster, keine Möglichkeit zum Abdunkeln. Kein Schreibtisch im Zimmer. Bad/WC über den Flur, mich hat es nicht gestört. Dort ist niemand sonst.

Det kunne det godt være bedre kommunikation mellem ejeren og kunderne.
Det er meget krypteret komunikation

Cons:

Det kunne være en god idé at give informationerne på engelsk. Som turist fra Danmark var det svært at følge jeres instruktioner om at finde nøgler osv. Derudover svarede det telefonnummer, I havde opgivet til kontakt, ikke. Kommunikationen foregik via krypteret e-mail.

Räume gut, Verwaltung gut, aber für eine Familie nicht geeignet.
Pros:

Reaktionszeit der Verwaltung sehr gut. Die Räume, die wir hatten (Schlafzimmer + Bad) waren gut, zufriedenstellend.

Cons:

Wohngemeinschaftsgefühlt! Wir hatten ein Schlafzimmer für 3 Personen und ein uns zugeteiltes Bad. Küche war eine Gemeinschaftsküche. Halt, wie eine Wohngemeinschaft. Uns war das leider bei der Buchung nicht bewusst. Wir sind spät Abend bei der Unterkunft angekommen. In der Küche hatte Jemand geschlafen. In der Küche haben wir Zigaretten-Kippen sowie einige Bierdosen vorgefunden. Dieses haben wir in der Nacht bei der Verwaltung gemeldet. Der Missstand wurde schnell geregelt. An den nächsten Tagen gingen unbekannte Leute rein und raus, Wohnungsschlüssel steckte im Schloss, mal den ganzen Tag, wenn die Reinigungskraft da war und wenn sie auch nicht mehr da war. Privatsphäre nicht gegeben.

Am Anfang hat die Dusche nicht richtig funktioniert, wurde dann aber auch wieder repariert also halb so wild

Nice room and location, but a lot of noise and minor inconveniences
Pros:

Very good location and very well decorated.
The room itself was clean and comfortable and the bed was very nice.

Cons:

A lot of noise. From the street, from the other rooms, from the heating, everywhere.
The kitchen was disgusting, since it is a shared kitchen with other rooms. It smells like it hasn't been cleaned for days.
The TV did not work at all. Not even plugging it in and trying to turn it on manually.

Also, for the price you pay I would have appreciated human staff to come and greet you. Paying hotel prices for a room that's opened with a locker box is not a pleasant experience from a customer point of view.
