Le logement de Joli Stats est très bien placé. Les chambres sont vraiment spacieuses et tout est bien organisé pour le séjour !

Limited Hot Shower Supply
Cons:

入住期間連續多晚私人浴室完全沒有熱水，無法正常洗澡。雖然多次向住宿方反映，且業者已承認設備故障，但問題直到退房都沒有解決，也未提供有效的替代方案。這是非常基本的住宿需求，對此次住宿體驗感到相當失望。
There was no hot water in our private bathroom for several consecutive nights, making it impossible to shower properly. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, the property management acknowledged the problem but failed to resolve it or provide a suitable alternative before our departure. Hot water is a basic necessity, and this experience was extremely disappointing.

Cons:

It wasn’t very welcoming to arrive in my room and being greeted by a stained spare mattress lying on the floor and a broken outer window. Plus the toilet seat was unhinged and the toilet itself dirty. The shared kitchen looked messy, was smelly and wasn’t very inviting. Had more inviting kitchens in basic hostels. The kitchen here was one of the reasons I booked but preferred to eat on the go instead.
Fair enough to say that they removed the mattress the next day and repaired the toilet seat. But no apology or compensation offer. I don’t know where all the good reviews come from… I usually don’t write reviews but felt I needed to this time. Definitely not booking again

Stara powojenna kamienica, ma swój urok. Jest winda więcej to naprawdę duży plus.

Cons:

Wspólna kuchnia, z samego rana ktoś chodził po kuchni robiąc sobie śniadanie i kawę, było to dosyć niekomfortowe…

Met de zoveel deuren op de gang vond ik het accommodatie wel beetje saai en vreemd.
Pros:

Fijne accommodatie alleen een wc/ badkamer is zonder ventilatie. Niet verstandig .

Cons:

Kamers met eigen aparte badkamer en gezamenlijke keuken. Dat moet duidelijk zijn op de beschrijving.

Very spacious and beautiful rooms in an old building

Cons:

No responses to my questions; no sufficient indication of how to find the apartment and what exactly I had to to with the different keys, once I had finally managed to find the key box. The standard instructions that are sent via booking.com are far too imprecise and the owners do not respond to texts or phone calls.

Also, the apartment is very noisy, due to its location just in front of a main, busy street and due to the poor quality of the windows, even if there are double windows (they are old single-glazed windows with no seals of any kind).

Finally, the website does not explicitly announce that the kitchen is shared with other apartments.

Pros:

The property was clean, rooms very large and confortable. Since we were six, we had the shower and toilet for the 6 of us only. The kitchen was shared, but those days we stayed there were no other guests. Location is amazing, bery close to city center.
