A downside was the apartment was not well equipped for cooking even though it had a big kitchen. In addition the bed was not comfortable. If the bed and couch was improved and better equipped kitchen with more cooking equipment and general amenities like salt pepper etc this would be a really great stay

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had renting an apartment. When I arrived, the apartment was filthy. The bathroom was disgusting, with hair from previous guests in the shower, scum on the sink, and an unclean toilet. The kitchen was equally unhygienic, with stains on the floor and inside the fridge. To make matters worse, the bedroom had the unmade bed of the previous guests, and their rubbish was still on the table and scattered on the floor.

I lodged a complaint with the hosts, expecting them to clean the apartment. Instead, they made us move to another unit late at night. The second apartment was just as bad, with no bedsheets on the bed, towels or cutlery in the kitchen. We spent two days asking for clean towels and bed linens, but the hosts ignored us and then forced us to move again, back to the first apartment which has barely been cleaned. The shower had been cleaned but there was still long dark hairs everywhere that were not ours, stains on the floors and no cutlery. My husband also has to set up the entire smart tv from scratch to get it to work, even having to buy batteries for the remote.

This was the most stressful and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had on a platform like Booking.com. I would strongly advise everyone against booking this property. Save yourself the headache and avoid it at all costs.
