You get what you pay for. Don't expect a 5 star hotel experience as it's an apartment with other tenants/residents too. Apartment is clean, well-maintained and daily set menu breakfast is provided
Parking for self or visitors is a challenge and confusing. Instructions are not very clear and staff can appear clueless.

The location
There’s no ramp at the entrance. The steep stairs going to the entrance door is hard for kids, seniors and everyone who has big lugggages.
Location is excellent. A lot of restos and cafes around the area. The property is just 5 minutes walk to Uptown Mall
Shampoo and conditioner provided was minimal. Shower temperature is very touchy and bathroom light is not bright enough.
Location of hotel
This is not a hotel but a rabbit warren. Breakfast without choice, only delivery (soup, noodles, etc.) Only 2 of the 5 elevators were running - the journey from the room to the hotel then took 10-15 minutes., No regular cleaning of the room, even after requesting it at the reception. Overfilled trash cans do not bother anyone. One day there was no water at all. The showers have little pressure, so you should wash yourself in the sink. The pool is only open 4 days a week and when it was supposed to be open, it was closed again, Horrible. And after check out they kick you out on the street, because it is not possible to leave your luggage in storage even for a fee, because I do not have a storage room. Especially since they have over 500 apartments. Horrible, Choose another hotel

Apartment was nice great having balcony and close to mall and places to eat.housekeeping staff were GREAT.Not to noisy considering location
Trying to get in and out of thr building is a nightmare due to the amount of steps.construction all around the pool.doorman and reception bot very helpfull mainly because they have nothing to do with people renting the apt.elevators can be an issue also

We’re really disappointed with our experience at EG Private House. We booked our stay well in advance, with the priority of being settled in one place for the duration of our vacation in BGC. When we requested to extend our stay, we were told it wouldn’t be a problem. However, upon arrival, we found out that our reservation was mishandled and that we would need to move rooms mid-stay.
This was extremely inconvenient, especially while traveling with family and having a full schedule. The situation became even more stressful when we were asked to pay an additional ₱25,000 because we were placed in a larger room — something that wasn’t our choice, but the result of their own booking error.
We had hoped for a smooth and comfortable experience, but instead spent valuable time repacking, relocating, and rearranging our plans. Overall, this stay was far from the relaxing and seamless experience we expected.
I like how everything is properly organized and cleaned when we arrived
Incomplete things like no plates, no chopping board, and such, the room is way up high the building so it takes a lot of time going up or down (46F), but this is just a personal opinion.
