Good value for money. Will definitely return for a weekend spoil at the SPA and/or mountain hike.
Pros:

Good value for money: everything is still brand new and clean in the Hotel. Traditional theme with a modern twist consistent across the whole property. Absolutely fabulous breakfast. SPA area with wonderful view of the mountains. Excellent massage services. Located just across the city Center (5-10 min walk).

Cons:

Staff at the reception didn’t fully meet the expectations from a 4-star hotel. Polite but in a very “script playing” mode. Compensated by the friendliness of the restaurant staff though. Jacuzzi at the SPA area worked only partially. Selection of wine offered at dinner seemed limited despite the wine room available in the Hotel (in the basement). No wine menu presented.

Relaxing time
Pros:

We had the mountain view room and the view was breathtaking. The room was nice and clean, staff very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean.

Cons:

Breakfast started a little late for us 8.30.

Pros:

Everything was great. Nice staff, great room, restaurant downstairs with great food and open all day. The spa facilities are also very enjoyable, with an amazing view from the window. General feeling is that all the details are well thought.

Cons:

I do not mind personally, but it is quite close to the train tracks, so (at least on one side) and the window open you can hear occasional noise.

Privelistea catre Castel, camera cu toate utilitatile, micul dejun, atentia ospatarilor, conditiile SPA

Cons:

Recomandari:
- dorarea cu o perna mai mica si una mare inlocul celor doua cam mari.
- fixarea veiozei mai jos (ca sa evitam ridicarea de pe perna pentru a o stinge la finalul lecturii de noapte).

Minunat!
Pros:

Locația foarte îngrijită, curățenie impecabilă, personal foarte atent, camere, priveliște, totul la superlativ.

Cons:

Singurul minus ar fi programul la SPA, mi-ar fi plăcut să fie deschis până mai târziu, mai ales în timpul sezonului cald turiștii fac drumeții sau vizitează până mai târziu și ar fi frumos să se relaxeze la saună după :)
