We had an excellent stay at Valedor Boutique Hotel and were very impressed with the overall experience. The hotel is new and beautifully maintained, and our room was spacious, modern and exceptionally clean.
We really enjoyed the spa facilities, with access to the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna – a great addition after a day exploring the area. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of choice, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming.
Having private parking in the hotel courtyard was very convenient, and the location is good as well, within easy reach of the centre of Bușteni.
We honestly did not find any significant downsides during our stay. The railway runs relatively close to the hotel, so you can occasionally hear passing trains, but we did not find the noise particularly disturbing.
Overall, a wonderful stay and a hotel we would happily return to. Definitely recommended for a stay in Bușteni.
The property was clean and lovely overall. A bit like a hidden gem. The pool and spa is an extra that will make your stay more pleasant and the restaurant is amazing

Locatia grozava si stilul superb in care este construit si amenajat hotelul il fac sa fie unic in Busteni. A fost foarte relaxant sejurul aici. Un mare plus este restaurantul Musai, care are mancarea exceptionala - astfel nu trebuie sa alergi departe de hotel pentru a pranzi sau cina ceva grozav. De mentionat si micul dejun foarte foarte divers si foarte bun. Felicitarile mele pentru intretinere si curatenie, pentru mic dejun, pentru toata atentia la detalii in ceea ce privește cazarea, confortul si mancarea. Paturile au fost foarte confortabile, s-ar putea gasi poate si niste perne pe masura, acestea nu sunt nemaipomenite.
Mi-a displacut doar faptul ca la zona de piscina si sauna nu este suficient personal ( a durat aproape 2 ore sa reusim sa comandam ceva de baut desi sunam la numarul mentionat, sau nu era stearsa suficient apa de pe jos si doua persoane au cazut, desi aveau papucii). Programul pentru zonele de relaxare este relativ scurt din punctul meu de vedere ( 11.30-20.00). Totodata, saunele au fost foarte tarziu incalzite.
Fantastic hotel with amazing staff and amenities. Loved our stay there. The breakfast has everything you need with an extremely helpful and respectful staff ready to help you at any second.
We had the apartment with view to Busteni train station while having a small 3 years children. Needless to say, it was by far the highlight, i literally spent hours watching trains together on the 2 balconies.
Mattress for the main bed and the sofa very comfortable.
The price tag for a night for an apartment it's on the high level for Romania, more than 200 eur/night. That's why the level of expectation is also on the same level, to be honest i would have not mentioned below points for a cheaper stay.
1. 2 TVs in the apartment, both with signal issues, constantly. Yes, you are not coming to the mountain to watch TV but..still.
2. Shower pressure could be better.
3. Room cleaning - from what I saw the rule is to begin downstairs and then up the floors. We were at the 3rd level, we were out in the mornings from around 9 Am till 11 Am, we never found the room cleaned. Meaning, probably, the staff reached the 3rd floor after 11 Am when our child was preparing to lunch and day nap.
4. Breakfast is good, quality is there. Problem is in our 3 days we had 0 variation. Like..exactly the same options all 3 days.
Again, small issues i would have pass if it wasn't for the 230 eur price tag.
Nice new hotel with spa close too the station.
