Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel hôtel au mobilier au style traditionnel. Notre chambre ne donnait pas sur la rue et ainsi nous avons échappé totalement aux bruits habituels de la rue et à son air pollué ainsi qu'aux rayons ardents du soleil. Le personnel de l'accueil est particulièrement aimable et dévoué, fort sympathique et perpétuellement souriant. Le service des chambres est impeccable et la propreté est parfaite. Nous nous sommes réjouis plus d'une fois d'être si bien hébergés.

Simple, spacious, friendly staff & great location
Pros:

A spacious room with beautiful wooden furniture, they provided nice towels and plenty of toiletries. The hotel was quiet despite its great location nestled amongst shops, bars, restaurants, cafes, etc. Only a short walk to the lake in one direction and Train Street in the other. The front desk called a taxi to the airport for us, which was efficient and well-priced, which ended our holiday stress-free.

Cons:

It seemed strange to provide a kettle in the room, but no tea or coffee to use it.

Pros:

I like the size of the rooms it’s really big and good

Cons:

There were some constructions inside the hotel so they woke me up in the early morning.

After I called the receptionist he said just five more minutes.

Then I contact booking who contact the hotel and force them to stop the noise immediately.
Later as apologies they send me a fruits dish I assume it very kind.

Cons:

No venga a este hotel porque llevan años sin usar lejía para los baños y las paredes. Hay telas de araña y todo es decadente. No hay mantenimoentos ni mejoras desde hace décadas. Es el mejor lugar para tirar tu dinero en Hanoi.
