This was my fourth stay at Kaskady Wellness and Spa Hotel and it was another wonderful visit. I love the peaceful location in the central Slovak mountains. The staff were friendly and very accommodating, including allowing an early check-in and placing our two rooms right next to each other. The hotel was also great with the 2.5-year-old in our group, with a toddler bathrobe, kiddie towel, treats in the room, and a small play area in the restaurant. Lunch by the pool was fine, dinner in the koliba was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was very nice. I especially liked the fresh-squeezed orange juice.
We were disappointed that we could not book massages because the wellness center and spa were already full, even though the hotel did not seem busy. The cappuccino from the automated machine at breakfast was only mediocre, and the cold meat selection included only ham and no salami.
