I will not be staying here again. There are lots of other options in Ely, NV.
Cons:

Paint falling off the walls and no coffee or even clean linens the second day. Just not a friendly feel. Also, charging extra for using a credit card is robbery and not acceptable.

Beautiful Rooms and Great Location
Pros:

I reserved a king suite and it was spacious, well appointed, great views and better than expected. The room looks like it had been recently renovated. The on-site restaurant was really good and the service was fast and friendly.

Cons:

The lobby and casino area was dark and smelled of smoke. Too bad because the room was great.

Uncomfortable. Would be better with warmer colored lights, better pillows and smoking not allowed.
Pros:

The staff members were nice. The room was big with several chairs and a bench to sit on. The decor in the room was somewhat retro styled and interesting.

Cons:

My biggest problem was the huge amount of smoking in the lobby. I started coughing the minute I walked in and couldn’t leave soon enough. We got free drink coupons we couldn’t use because we couldn’t stand the smoke. The bathroom was quite small and the sink outside the bathroom right next to the bed. The lights throughout the room were very bright and bluish color. It made the room look cold. The lights over the sink shined in my eyes while in bed. Some people might like the pillows but they were very firm and thick so that my neck was bent all night. The bed was also quite hard. Because of this my back and neck hurt so much I couldn’t sleep most of the night. The chairs were not padded so sitting up in them didn’t help.

Prima hotel voor op doorreis als je van dergelijke hotels houdt.
Pros:

Prima ligging ten opzicht van het Great Basin National Park (teleurstellend park). Keuze voor dit hotel was de ligging en het inpandig Denny's restaurant. Kamers waren gerenoveerd volgens Booking. Op de 5e etage dus (nog) niet. Kamer was verder prima. Genoemde restaurant was enkele maanden daarvoor overgenomen door een ander restaurants en was niet open (alleen voor ontbijt). Jammer. We hebben ons verblijf ingekort. Geld werd teruggestort. Verder prima behandeld en goed geslapen.

Cons:

Beschrijving Booking kwam niet overeen met de werkelijkheid.
