El lugar es increíble de los mejores que he conocido la recepcion super atenta
El personal muy servicial
La limpieza impecable ( todo el tiempo estan limpiando
El servicio de comida genial
La alberca y la tina de agua caliente excepciónal

El lugar bien... las sábanas de la cama mal
Pros:

El lugar es tranquilo y agradable.

Cons:

Las sábanas que usaron para la cama, no tienen las medidas precisas y se zafan de inmediato, y en menos de 30 minutos terminas sobre el cubre colchon que es de plástico y es la sensación mas desagradable para dormir. Para terminar me di cuenta que la cama estaba mal hecha, la sabana que va cubriendo el colchon estaba arriba y la sabana que debe ir arriba estaba abajo... me tuve que levantar para hacer la cama de manera correcta y aun así se zafaba y de todas formas terminaba sobre el cubre colchon de plastico. Esa parte fue muy mala porque no pude dormir del todo bien.

Staff people were very nice and courteous, but seemed understaffed. Internet - was terrible.
Pros:

Location was nice .....a 10 minute walk to the pyramid park complex.

Cons:

Slow service at the bar/eating area.
Lousy INTERNET CONNECTION - a real bummer.

Loved it will be back in a heartbeat to this hidden oasis !!!
Pros:

The property is absolutely beautiful so much greenery and the waterfall gives an ambiance like your in an oasis.
The hot tub is absolutely amazing at night as the nights are cold in this area.

Our room with the view to the pool was very comfortable with all the amenities you need, and I love the little touches they leave like mini Hershey chocolates on the pillows and real coffee grounds in a paperback with their logo. These little touches make a difference in your stay.

The staff was super polite and hospitable they made sure we were always okay and were quick to help us with anything and any information we needed.
Ceci went above and beyond to help us with any questions we had and Marco from the restaurant was always smiling and happy to help us. The prices are reasonable and the food very tasty.
At night they had movie night which was a nice touch for when ur bored in the evening and they give out popcorn and marshmallows to roast by the fire pit.
I loved it here I would definitely come back no questions asked and we literally walked from our hotel to Puerta (door) 5 to enter the pyramids so very close.
They can also help you book a package for the hot air balloon 😀

Cons:

I liked everything to be honest I have no complaints whatsoever they brought us extra blankets and ponchos to watch the movie when we were cold they went above and beyond in everything.

Pros:

Food is great, just needs to be opened for breakfast as scheduled! And have everything ready as scheduled for business.

Cons:

The room is nice, but needs better bedding sheets that fit the mattress!...
Plus AC unit does not cool the room enough for comfort!
And last but not least, is the music and other loud popping like sounds from nearby, at almost all day!
This Hotel has a lot of potential to attract future upscale tourists!

호텔이 굉장히 프라이빗하고 수영장과 바의 분위기가 좋았습니다. 걸어서 피라미드를 방문할수 있었습니다.

Cons:

샤워실에 샴푸와 린스가 배치되어 있지 않아서 개인물품을 사용하였습니다.(다행이도 개인 물품이 있었습니다).
