Un hotel sencillo para una estadía breve
Pros:

La amabilidad del staff, la ubicación cerca de todo sin estar con el bullicio de las aglomeraciones de personas.

Cons:

La mantención de las habitaciones es deficiente, al llegar me dieron una habitación del terror, con moho en el baño, sucia. Me cambiaron a otra, pero hubo un cortocircuito electrico . Los muebles e instalaciones dejan mucho que desear. Con una renovación quedaría perfecto.

The location was the only thing I like.

Cons:

Please don't spend your money here!! Room was filthy, floor was damaged everywhere, windows couldn't be open smoothly and on one side broken. Hallway from elevator to room was dark...couldn't see a thing. Bathroom was so dirty, smelly and the ceiling moldy. The girl at the reception was clueless and after a while, a manager came from their other hotel. He offered to move us to their other hotel which we didn't trust anymore so we declined. After a heavy discussion which was so unnecessary, they decided to refund my money and my friend's money. Initially they refused to refund my friend' money ecause he paid by card and said it wasn't possible to refund his money...more discussions followed. My friend decided to contact his credit card company and finally they also refunded his money. Pictures online were totally not how it was in real. We moved to a hotel next door (A25 hotel) which was very nice, super clean and staff was much more friendlier and helpful. Don't spend your money at Vintage Boutique Hotel...it is so not worth it!!

gửi đồ lại quầy lễ tân để lấy sau mà nhân viên lễ tân giao ca không bàn giao, lúc nhờ ng đến lấy đò, nhân viên mở đồ của khách ra xem , không hài lòng về cách xác nhận đồ của khách mà phải mở túi khách ra
