They upgraded me to a twin deluxe room with no extra cost! Compared to the Airbnb I booked, this place was LUXE lol

Had a room on the top floor, which is usually a good thing, but unfortunately not here as the maintenance team seem to be resident on the floor above conducting all their activities from 6 am onward

Wir haben nach der Zimmer Besichtigung wieder umgedreht, es hat extrem gestunken. Rezeption verstand null englisch, Frühstück gibt es nicht, das Spa im Namen bedeutet nur dass im Eingangsbereich massiert wird, schmaler grad zwischen vintage und abgefuckt…sorry
ロケーションは、とても良い所と思います。
基本的なアメニティーは揃っているし、このエリアで一泊だけならありと思います。
ホテルは、とても古く、壁がとても薄く下のフロア、上のフロアからの音が聞こえます。
綺麗な写真では、古い写真を使用しているんじゃないかと思います。
◆予約変更について
✖︎事前に、booking.comから2泊から1泊に変更できないか聞いても、全く正確な返答がないまま、まともに意思疎通もできず、聞いた内容に対して、答えも返ってきません。結局予約は、変更できませんでした。
・クレジットカード支払いがちゃんとできるのか聞いても返答なし
◆🔑部屋のドア・キー🔑について
部屋はとても古くて、ドアの鍵もちゃんと開ける事ができませんでした。スタッフに聞いても「強く引っ張ったら、勝手に開きます」と言われました。こんな適当な説明で、開けることできる人いないですよね。
自分で開けようとしてもちゃんと開けられなかったので、再度聞く必要がありました。鍵をさしたまま、鍵を左に回して、ドアを引っ張ると開く不思議な扉です🔑
・ドア用カードキーは、全く機能してなくて残念でした。
◆カードの支払いの時間帯について
このホテルの一階のマッサージを受けましたが、カードで代金を支払いたいというと、”it it too late”と言われ、すごく嫌そうな顔をされます。
カードの機械、すぐ隣のお店から、持ってきていました。
カードの機械を使い回ししてるんしゃないかと思います。
・マッサージは、おすすめしないです。
チップを求められますが、Sorry, No tips と言えばいいです。
◆各リュック、スーツケースがどれか把握していない
・どの部屋のお客様のスーツケース、リュックなのか把握していない。
→番号のタグなどをつけて、お客さんにも番号を渡して普通は、管理すると思うのですが、全くそういうこともありませんでした。
階段にタオル、水などの様々なものが、乱雑に置いてあって、清潔とは言えないです。

Good location with many restuarants and sightseeing in walking distance.
I arrived late to only find that my booked room was sold despite me informing them of my intended arrival time beforehand. However, the gentlemen at reception did his best to accommodate me and offered a discount because my desired room was not available. All was ok after the initial misunderstanding.
Location and value for money.

It is a reasonable budget hotel, with friendly helpful staff
