Small room .
This is not even close To a 2 star room
You need a GPS to reach the destinnation.
Near the marina
Very run down, no hot water, pool very far. You have to drive to the pool. Only one beverage with breakfast. Expensive for what you get.
The place is beautiful and the staff is kind, friendly and welcoming. The mangroves are the most beautiful part for me.
The musty smell was very unpleasant and can affect sleep.
Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent and overall it was very good for the price!

Always a problem with the Hot Water
Location was good
Staff was unprepared and lacked any customer service skills. The staff basically had no clue about handling the check-in process. I don't think there really was a staff at the time I arrived, which was about 15:30 hours. There was a man and a woman sitting in the office and they seemed surprised when I arrived. They didn't speak English, so every time I asked a question or they had to do something they left the office and came back a few minutes later and fumbled around looking for something. They finally handed me a key to a room and asked for my credit card and had me sign a receipt. The room was $45.35, but they charged my card $80. I assumed the extra money taken out was a basic hold fee to cover any unforeseen expenses, however they never returned the additional $35. When I called them they couldn't speak English, so I had to file a claim with my credit card company. Great location, horrible hotel.
