Cons:

Elevator is very bad, very slow & hot, there are 6 elevators but not link all 6, it divide by pair, they all go from lowest floor to tallest floor (1 to 25 and back). Guest from level 20-22 and below must wait around 20-30min just for coming in elevator (because guest from level 23-24-25 they take full elevator when go down).
The quality of the staff is inconsistent, it make long time for check-in / check-out procedure and others. Some of them can not find my booking in their system, even when I show them my booking number in booking.com app on my phone.

Cons:

Khu vui chơi cho bé rất ít đồ chơi, không gian tắm bùn và tắm khoáng rất nắng, phòng chỉ có 2 khăn lau hãy để 4 khăn nếu có thể, ít khăn lau chân hãy để 2 cái nếu có thể (1 cái trong phòng tắm, 1 cái trước cửa phòng tắm).
Vì khách tắm hồ bơi và tắm biển nhiều lần trong ngày nên 2 khăn với 1 gia đình 3 người không thể đủ, và người luôn trong tình trạng ướt mà vào phòng chỉ có 1 cái khăn chân thì không đủ để thấm nước.
