Important information:

Beds are made on arrival, 2 sets of towels are provided. Supplementary towels and a final cleaning fee are not included and should be requested on site.

For every stay of 1 to 6 nights, cleaning at the end of the stay is also included (except the kitchenette area and dishes). City tax is not included in room rates.

Reception opening hours are:
Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00
Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00
Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00
Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00

In July and August reception is open:
Sunday to Friday from 08:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00
Saturday from 08:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 21:00.

For stays of 7 nights of more guests should arrive from 17:00 and leave their accommodations before 11:00 on the day of departure.

For all other stays guests should arrive from 15:00 and leave their accommodations at 11:00 on the day of departure.

For arrivals outside these hours please contact the residence in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that breakfast and bakery service have to be booked the day before.

Please note that free shuttle to city center is available in front of the residence every 20 minutes from Monday to Saturday, except during bank holidays.

Pros:

La vue magnifique sur l'océan.
Les dames à la réception sont très agréables.

Cons:

La chambre ne dispose pas d'un vrai lit double. Il y a un lit superposé et un canapé-lit.
Pour quatre personnes, il n'y avait que deux couvertures avec des housses de couette.
On ne nous a pas fourni de couvertures supplémentaires ; à la place, on nous a donné des couvre-lits en laine sans housses. Franchement, ce n'est pas agréable de les utiliser. La chambre est très froide en avril, et il n'y a pas de chauffage.
Il n'y a pas de savon au lavabo.
Le petit-déjeuner, à 11 euros par personne, est maigre : céréales, viennoiseries, yaourt, beurre, confiture et lait caillé impropre à la consommation.
Les conditions sont acceptables pour une nuit, mais pour un séjour plus long, ce n'est pas très confortable.
C'est un peu loin du centre-ville, mais il y a un bus.

L'emplacement est génial, le bus est juste à côté. Il y a beaucoup de place dans la résidence et dans le studio.

Très sale et vétuste. Il y a même les cafards.

C'est un peu vieillissant, pour le prix que j'ai payé en mars, c'était parfait, mais si c'est plus cher, le standing n'est pas à la hauteur
