Beds are made on arrival, 2 sets of towels are provided. Supplementary towels and a final cleaning fee are not included and should be requested on site.

For every stay of 1 to 6 nights, cleaning at the end of the stay is also included (except the kitchenette area and dishes). City tax is not included in room rates.

Reception opening hours are:
Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00
Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00
Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00
Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00

In July and August reception is open:
Sunday to Friday from 08:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00
Saturday from 08:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 21:00.

For stays of 7 nights of more guests should arrive from 17:00 and leave their accommodations before 11:00 on the day of departure.

For all other stays guests should arrive from 15:00 and leave their accommodations at 11:00 on the day of departure.

For arrivals outside these hours please contact the residence in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that breakfast and bakery service have to be booked the day before.

Please note that free shuttle to city center is available in front of the residence every 20 minutes from Monday to Saturday, except during bank holidays.

Le mobilier est un peu désuet + rouille sur la porte du frigo

Pros:

Personale molto gentile. Abbiamo fatto il check in prima delle 15 pagando un supplemento. Piscina e minigolf utili per lo svago. Posizione ottima per raggiungere la spiaggia e ristoranti vicini.

Cons:

Gli orari della reception riduttivi, non sapevo che c’era una chiave d’accesso per entrare. La piscina il primo giorno non era molto pulita, i giorni a seguire si. La colazione discreta. Non abbiamo usato molto la cucina, mancavano olio e sale e per un breve soggiorno non meritava comprarli ma non è stato un problema per noi.

Pros:

Lage zum nächsten Strand war OK, Außenbereich sehr gepflegt, Pool weitestgehend in Ordnung. Der Ruf nach einer Generalsanierung der Anlage ist aber unüberhörbar. In Anbetracht des Preises kann man aber nicht viel meckern.

Cons:

Die Zimmergröße ist unterdurchschnittlich. Wie man darin mit 2 Kindern klarkommen soll, bleibt mir ein Rätsel. Das Couchbett war eine Zumutung. Ein Gefälle zur Bettmitte machte Schlafen zum Abenteuer. Einrichtung sehr spartanisch und ehr abgewohnt.
