Pros:

Das Hotel hat meine Erwartungen erfüllt. Große Pool Anlage, schönes Zimmer, gutes Essen, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Wegen "technischer Probleme" wurden wir für den 1. Tag umgebucht, dieser Tag ging uns durch Ein/Auszug quasi verloren. Ärgerlich wenn man nur 5 Tage bleibt. Wir erhielten zwar ein Upgrade für All Inclusive (HP gebucht) aber die Zeit war futsch. Das Zimmer wurde uns auch als Upgrade "verkauft". Mein Hinweis das wir sowieso ein Superior DZ mit Meerblick gebucht hatten wurde abmoderiert, nein das jetzige Zimmer wäre besser. Das erhaltene Zimmer war schön und entsprach genau dem Zimmer auf dem Foto bei Buchung ?? Wären wir direkt gekommen, hätte das u.U. Diskussionen gegeben.

Excellent séjour !
Pros:

Les séjours s'est parfaitement déroulé. Nous avions vue sur la piscine, ce qui était d'autant plus agréable. Et quel joie de petit déjeuner et dîner face à la marina. L'accueil a été excellent. Tout a été parfait de bout en bout.

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivés tard à l'hôtel, car l'avion avait du retard. Les plateaux de courtoisie ont été appréciés, mais il y avait très peu : qq crudités et même plus de sauce pour les assaisonner.

Die Unterkunft war an einem guten Standort. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Ausstattung war gut. Das Buffet am morgen hatte sehr viel Auswahl und sicher für jeden was dabei. Auch fand ich es sehr toll, das am Abend das Buffet immer abwechslungsreich war mit verschiedenen Themen wie z.B Asiatischer Abend, Gala Abend usw.

Cons:

Die Teller beim Buffet wie auch das Besteck waren zum teil sehr schmutzig. Dies aber der einizge negative Punkt.

L’établissement affiche 4 étoiles alors que la prestation ne correspond pas aux standards d’un 4 étoiles
Le supplément animal de compagnie est disproportionné, pour qu’un York d’à peine 3 kilos correspond à 70 % du prix de la chambre !!!
La demi pension qui ne permet même pas d’avoir une boisson aussi basique que de l’eau

Super hotel très beau , emplacement excellent, très bon equipement Le personnel est au top . Très propre .
Et la nourriture est excellente et variées. Un excellent établissement .

Cons:

Pour avoir une place sur des transats faut se lever tôt. Les personnes âgées sont au taquet des 7h30 pour mettre leurs serviettes et partir je pensais que cela ne se faisait plus mais c etait un festival

A very pleasant stay with wonderful staff.
Pros:

I was very impressed with the hotel, it was welcoming. The food was loveky. The room was well equipped. The only downside is the shower set up which won’t suit everyone. The shower door opens into the bedroom but there is a partial partition between the area.
