Pieszo do centrum 30 min, 20 min to chyba biegiem. Hotelik jest mały, ale czysty i zadbany. Według mnie nie nadaje się d

Bardzo wygodne łóżko i czystą pościel.

Cons:

Łóżeczko dla dziecka dostaliśmy bez materaca, samo drewno i na dole kawałek maty piankowej.
Nie do końca zrozumiane zasady współdzielonej przestrzeni. W łączącym dwa pokoje na piętrze salonie z kuchnią można korzystać z lodówki, natomiast personel poinformował mnie, że nie mogę korzystać z pralki.

Pros:

Angenehm großes Zimmer in super Lage am See, Balkon und riesige Fenster. Teller etc. auf Nachfrage bekommen. Küche vor dem Zimmer, wie beschrieben.

Cons:

Man hört die Straße und das Bad könnte sauberer sein (viel Kalk), aber das war für uns nicht schlimm.

Sehr schönes großes Zimmer. Schöner Blick auf den See. Wir hatten zwei schöne Tage dort und würden es jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

Cons:

Als wir ankamen wollte der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption 8% zusätzlich, wenn wir mit Kreditkarte zahlen. Dann wurde auf 4% reduziert und schließlich auf 3%. Das hat schon etwas von Abzocke an sich. Das Frühstück wurde im Keller serviert und es gab nur einen Kaffee zu einem Sandwich und Früchten. Sehr überschaubar also. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind vor dem Zimmer. Wir haben es nicht genutzt, aber wenn man es als Appartement nutzen wollte ist das schon etwas merkwürdig.

It was an ideal base for discovering the city
Pros:

The hotel is very well located, right in front of West Lake and close to many key attractions. The view of the lake from the room was beautiful and added a special touch to our stay. Being so close to sightseeing spots and local shops made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. The location felt both scenic and convenient.

Pros:

Room was exactly as advertised in the photos which can very much be hit-or-miss in Vietnam. While the property is beginning to show its age, it's maintained well and is kept clean enough. Service was excellent and I was check-in despite reception having issues with confirming my booking through Booking.com. They also honored the advertised price when I checked out despite the confusion. I was upgraded to a room with a view of the lake which was fabulous. I would recommend this property and stay here again when visiting Hanoi, especially if you want to avoid the noise and chaos of Old Quarter. While you could still hear traffic from the busy road below, the rooms were soundproofed quite well and I didn't need to wear earplugs. The mattresses were fairly hard which is the norm across Asia but I didn't have any issues sleeping on it.

Cons:

Some spots could use some fresh paint, the bathroom was in worse condition than the bedroom but everything was clean and worked fine. Not a dealer breaker for the price imo.

Outside the room, there was access to a shared kitchen and a laundry area, which could be very convenient for longer stays. Although we didn’t personally use these facilities, it was good to know they were available. The common areas were clean and well organized. Having these options added extra value to the overall experience. It made the property feel practical and guest-friendly.

Au moment de la réservation, nous n’avions pas d’attentes particulièrement élevées. Cependant, dès notre arrivée, le service nous a véritablement impressionnés. Le responsable et son équipe se sont montrés extrêmement réactifs et attentifs. Toutes nos questions et les moindres soucis ont été traités rapidement et avec un grand professionnalisme. Some in-room facilities felt slightly inconsistent. The television in the room was quite small, which was surprising considering the much larger screen in the hallway. There were not many power outlets available, but the staff quickly provided an extension cord when we asked. This small gesture made a noticeable difference and showed attention to guest needs. It was a pleasant surprise and definitely exceeded our expectations.

The rooms were very spacious and impressively clean, which made our stay extremely comfortable. There was plenty of space to relax, move around, and store luggage without feeling cramped. Location is good right opposite from the lake

Cons:

We booked a Suite with Lake View, but it was 2 different rooms separated by the common kitchen area. So you actually get a whole flour with a lift that anyone can use, and it was not a private suite as advertised.
It was a 1-bedroom with a separate locked door, then a common-area kitchen with no lock from the lift, then another bedroom with a separate locked door. We were with children, so in the end they slept locked out of our sight, which was not what we expected.
There were also no plates in the kitchen initially.
