Room for improvement.
Pros:

The owners were wonderful. Raised cockroach issue with the wife. BDO nearby and a laundry service in Grace mall.

Cons:

So many cockroaches from the moment I stepped in. I shrieked at the sight of them. Purchases Mortein twice and used it every day and night. Furniture needs down sizing so the wardrobe can be opened all the way. Lounge area also. Large Furniture made the place feel tiny. A fan for the lounge area will be a bonus. Unit owner, Ace, and his wife were wonderful people, though..
