Excellent location, large space, clean. Exhausting stairs, very small bathroom.
Pros:

Excellent location, less than a minute walk from Istiklal street
Spacious apartment with 4 bedrooms
Apartment was clean throughout
Quite a good price

Cons:

Apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator. Quite exhausting to climb the stairs.
Only 1 AC, in the living room. Bedrooms have floor fans though.
Only 1 bathroom, and it is very small.
In the bathroom, the sink faucet splashes water all over. They need to install a washer in the faucet.
