Excellent location. The staff was nice and helpful.
Noisy rooms (they were very accommodating and changed our room after the first night, but the second one wasn't much better either, only it was street noise (window didn't close properly) instead of the very loud AC units right outside our window). Breakfast was pretty underwhelming, not much of a selection, but at least we didn't start the day hungry and the view was nice.

Very well positioned hotel, close to main sites, public transport and local restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room with good bathroom and shower. Good rooftop breakfast, with decent variety and choice.
Lack of lounge/communal area and restaurant not operating only slight issue, but didn't bother us at all.
Extremely well located and very close to the attractions. Didn't find it too noisy despite being in a tourist area. Very clean and breakfast was ok. Tons of restaurants in the area. It's on the pricey side.
The fact that the road leading up to the hotel is closed until 6pm every day. We were dropped off a block away and had to walk with our luggage to the hotel.

This is an excellent location if you want to explore the neighborhood. What really stood out to us is that the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when we arrived extremely early in the morning with our young child. They let us have an additional breakfast and even had our room ready early so we could rest. We also liked that they let us borrow an InstabulKart for public transport. Breakfast was great. The area was shockingly quiet at night for being in the heart of the tourist area.
The only thing we didn't like is that in order to change the thermastat on the room, you had to talk to the front desk. It was tough to get the room the right temperature because of the cold nights and warm days of spring.

Great location near Sultanahmet, very clean rooms, and friendly staff. Breakfast was good and the terrace view was beautiful.
Rooms were a bit small, but manageable.

The location is perfect, right in the center of everything in the Old Town. Also the tram stop is just a stone's throw away, and the metro station is a 15-minute walk.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent, the room has some signs of wear but nothing more than expected, is clean and spacious enough.
There are many cafes around that are open until late. Well, I've only been to Massa Bistro, but the other places look good too :)
On the way to the hotel, I forgot my phone in a taxi, but I'm sure it had nothing to do with the hotel itself (got it back after some time and nerves).
Sorry for adding this, I'm still complaining to everyone :)
A személyzet minden tagja nagyon kedves, segítőkész és udvarias volt. A szobát minden nap redbe rakták, lecserélték a törölközőket, és feltöltötték a hűtőben lévő ásványvízkészletet. A szálloda nagyon jó fekvésű, a tetőteraszon található reggelizőből szép kilátás nyílik a városra (bár a booking.com-ra feltöltött képekhez képest azért van eltérés).
A bejárattal szemben lévő FAM szobát kaptuk, amiből nincs kilátás, és a szagelszívó (vagy a klímaberendezések) zaja a zárt ablakon keresztül is behallatszik 0-24, de az egész napos városnézés után fáradtan kibírható.

Close to the main mosques and restaurants, the rooms are clean, tidy and lots of space in the room we had.
All the stuff were extremely helpful. I love being woken up by the call to prayer.
