⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Отель превзошёл все наши ожидания!

Мы остались в полном восторге от пребывания! ❤️ Прекрасное расположение — в самом сердце Стамбула, рядом с главными достопримечательностями. Очень удобно гулять по городу и наслаждаться его атмосферой.

Отдельно хочется отметить гостеприимство персонала, внимательное отношение к гостям и готовность помочь в любой ситуации. В отеле очень уютно, чисто и комфортно, а атмосфера располагает к полноценному отдыху.

Спасибо всей команде за тёплый приём и заботу! Такие места делают путешествие ещё приятнее. Если вернёмся в Стамбул, обязательно остановимся здесь снова. Однозначно рекомендуем этот отель всем, кто хочет получить максимум удовольствия от поездки! 🥰

Enjoyable stay, great staff, location and breakfast
Pros:

Great location, within short walk to major tourist attraction and tram station. Very tasty and rich breakfast. Staff was always helpful with all information we needed.

Cons:

The windows in our room did not hide well the street noise, but that didn't stop us to sleep.

Fantastic location, great breakfast and lovely staff.

Cons:

The view from the bedroom. Some of the lights didn't work. But these were really really small things and didn't spoil our stay.

The staff were most helpful & friendly. The roof top dining area was brilliant.

Cons:

Not really the hotel’s fault but we had a crying baby in the next room that woke us at all hours.

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut. Viele Sehnswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Frühstück ganz gut jeden Tag gab es eine kleine Abwechslung (Kuchen, Obst...) Personal war sehr nett und bemüht.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist schon renovierungsbedürftig. Wir hatten Schimmel in der Dusche und auf eine einem Polster waren Flecken. WIFI war nicht gut.

I would recommend this facility. Nice location. just in the centre of everything.
Pros:

Its in an excellent location, proximity to everything in the. very core of Istanbul. We had an amazing breakfast. The staff were excellent and very welcoming. We were glad to know on our arrival our room has been upgraded to a suite.That was nice.

Cons:

The elevator is too small yet that was not too inconvenient

Very nice! Good location!
Pros:

We had a really pleasant stay here. The location is absolutely fantastic — right in the heart of the Old City, very close to the tram stop and within easy walking distance of the Blue Mosque and many other major attractions. It made getting around Istanbul incredibly convenient.

The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the front desk took the time to show us a map and explain the main attractions in detail, including useful tips such as the Grand Bazaar being closed on Sundays. They also helped us with our luggage, and the service throughout our stay was excellent.

Breakfast was good, and the view from the terrace was beautiful — definitely one of the highlights of the hotel.

The only downside was the noise from the nearby mosque. The call to prayer was quite loud, especially early in the morning, and I could still hear it even while wearing earplugs. This is the only reason I would take one point off.

Overall, though, we had a very good experience. The excellent location, helpful staff, beautiful terrace view and easy access to public transport make this a great place to stay when visiting Istanbul.

Расположение - очень удобно, 10 мин до достопримечательностей, рядом много заведений где можно поесть, персонал - всн показали и рассказали. Завтрак в отеле - не плохой.

Shortly it’s worth the stay and I would book again with them.
