Für einen Städetrip, wo man viel unterwegs ist, ist die Unterkunft perfekt.
Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend. Man kann überall schnell hingelangen und ist quasi mitten im Zentrums. Die meisten Sachen kann man zu Fuß ablaufen.

Cons:

Man hat überhaupt keine menschlichen Kontakt. Die Waschmaschine lässt sich eigenständig nur zwischen 08uhr und 22uhr. Allerdings ist man dann die meistens unterwegs.

Great location and stay
Pros:

Awesome location, only 6 minute walk from the train station. There is also laundry (washer and dryer!) included. The room was very clean and quiet. Definitely recommend!

Cons:

I would suggest the property let people know what the wifi information in before arrival so that they can access the building for the first time with the app if they don’t have service. When we first got there we couldn’t get in because we had no service and luckily someone close by lent us their hotspot.

Pros:

Our stay at Heritage Collection on Clarke Quay was very enjoyable and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The property is clean, well maintained, and well equipped. A big plus for the washing machine and dryer – a very convenient option, especially for longer stays.
Special thanks to Jean, Edmar & Shannen, who were all extremely kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Their great service and welcoming attitude really made a positive difference.
Great location, high standard, and excellent hospitality. I would definitely recommend this place and happily stay here again.

Comfortable, super customer service and great location
Pros:

The location is amazing. Super convenient to get to all the main sights and metro stations. Customer service was outstanding. Even though it is digital check in, there are staff on hand to help. Edgar was very helpful and so was Zoey when I couldn’t find the right building (there are a few Heritage Collections in the same area). My room was comfortable and cosy and, even though it was ground floor next to the street, I didn’t hear any nightlife. It was quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Would’ve liked some slippers in the room 😊

Pros:

地點與位置太棒了，好吃的東西都在附近，旁邊有商場，與許多著名景點，樓下就有一家好吃的肉骨茶店，這裡的員工服務親切有禮，有任何問題都會隨時給予協助，下次來新加坡我還會住這裡。

Pros:

This was my first time at this hotel, and I didn't have particularly high expectations, but it exceeded my expectations. The room size was just as I imagined, and the facilities were surprisingly complete, with a refrigerator, microwave, and a washing machine available on the second floor. I arrived at 6 am and was originally supposed to check in at 3 pm, but I was lucky enough to be able to check in at 1 pm thanks to Edmar, a staff member I met on-site. I was really fortunate and satisfied. If I ever return, I will definitely choose Heritage Collection again!
