ruhige Lage; großes, sehr sauberes und schön eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Blick über die Reisfelder; sehr aufmerksames und geschultes Personal; leckeres Essen (internationale Küche), reichhaltiges Frühstück; wir haben uns hier sehr willkommen gefühlt.
Es war alles prima.
Eine schöne Unterkunft und günstig gelegen nach einer Safari in den umliegenden NP's zu übernachten. Leider waren unsere Gäste mit der geschmacklichen und grundlegenden Qualität des Essens nicht zufrieden. Und für 2 Kleinkinder unter 5 Jahren 2x einen völlig überteuerten Essenpreis (Erwachsenen Portion) abzurechnen, ist ein NO Go.

Die zimmer entsprachen nicht den Fotos auf der Webseite. Die Zimmer abgewohnt. Es müsste dringend saniert werden. Eigentlich ein 1 sterne Hotel. Schade.

Everything was great, very friendly staff. Especially the marketing executive Mr Gayan and Ms Ishara and whole reception team and Restraunt and room attendance team helped us every minute. Very wonderful, I have to say, please don't hesitate to come and have a good experience. Beautiful environment and birds. I love this place. I will come back in the future with my whole family. The rooms were spacious
Our experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing. They assigned us a room directly above their event/party venue, where extremely loud music with an overpowering bass reverberated throughout the room. It was unlike anything we had ever encountered—so intense that we couldn’t even hold a conversation. Hard to believe, but the bass vibrations were so strong that even the pipes in the bathroom rattled.
We were assured the music would stop by 10 PM, but it continued well past that time with no indication of ending. We repeatedly appealed to the hotel manager to address the issue, warning that we would leave if it persisted. Eventually, at 11:15 PM, the manager paused the music temporarily. However, to our astonishment, he then suggested introducing me to his party guests to make me the "face" of their disrupted celebration. I refused, explaining that I was paying for a comfortable night's sleep—a basic expectation for any hotel guest.
Despite our complaints, the music resumed, and the manager ignored our further requests. Left with no other option, we were forced to leave the hotel and find alternative accommodations while it was heavily raining. Luckily we found a very good hotel nearby.
If the management wishes to host events that extend late into the night, it should not sell rooms in close proximity to the venue during those times.
