- Dust everywhere.
- No toiletries and basic accomodation necessities like bath mat, door mats, and dust pan.
- Netflix wasnt working properly, and the contact person was not very responsive with netflix questions.
- Broken cabinets.
- Roaches everywhere.

Check in at 3pm is later than I usually arrive at a place. I had to wait, but the room was not being prepared.

Our stay was severely disappointing due to several significant issues.

First, the property itself had considerable drawbacks. The daily ₱450 parking fee was exorbitant, especially considering the inconvenient, open-air lot requiring a long walk to the condo lobby.

Second, the unit fell far short of the advertised description. While the Taal Lake view was as promised, the overall experience lacked the comfort and relaxation we sought. Numerous problems plagued the unit:

- Missing/Broken Cooking Appliances: Upon arrival, we discovered a lack of a proper stove or induction cooker (despite needing one for Christmas Eve dinner), with only a small, inadequate electric stove available. The caretaker admitted the induction cooker was broken, a fact the owner had known for a considerable time but failed to communicate to us beforehand.

- Clogged Sink: On December 25th, the kitchen sink clogged, causing rice and water to overflow onto the floor.

- Water Leak: A water leak occurred on a rainy day, damaging the wall and floor.

- Foul Odor: A persistent foul smell emanated from the sink.

- Pest Infestation: Small cockroaches were present in the kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, and bedroom.

- Lack of Cleaning Supplies: No mop was provided.

- Missing Amenities: Advertised complimentary toiletries were absent.

Third, the owner's lack of clear information regarding parking added unnecessary stress, particularly on a rainy day.

Fourth, upon checkout, we received an accusatory message from the owner regarding the clogged sink, implying we were responsible. This was unacceptable considering the pre-existing issues we encountered.

Our Christmas getaway, intended for relaxation and enjoyment, unfortunately turned into a disappointing experience.

We will not be returning to this property.

Patio door wouldn't close all the way. Very few parking options. Check in was a disaster. Give them atleast half a day to get you checked in

There arw few things they don't have for a dinning set, like pitcher. We also looked for board games, but didn't see any. The CR although it's clean and have a heater, there's no place to put your things when you get a shower.

Cooking utensils were difficult to use as the cords didn't reach plugs etc.

Not as clean as I hoped. Some of the dirty blankets were left in the storage of the sofa bed. Some molds in the bin in the bathroom were toilet papers were kept.
Woke up the next morning with the AC unit dripping water resulting in a puddle of water on the floor.
We contacted the owner regarding the blankets and a caretaker came to take care of the matter.
