L’emplacement est vraiment formidable et le personnel serviable
La chambre double est très petite au point de ne pas pouvoir ouvrir l’armoire. De plus, c’est très bruyant.

Non risultava la nostra prenotazione - scomoda se non si ha un mezzo
La piscina piccola e’ carina ed è vicino ad una spiaggia bella
Le tazze sempre sporche la mattina per colazione, a volte anche i piatti, il pavimento sporco misto ad acqua per pulire la mattina presto nella zona di passaggio della piscina e dove si mangia (dove ci sono i tavolini). Il personale non prova a capire se hai capito ciò che dicono (tranne un ragazzo della reception) e “hanno sempre ragione loro” (non il cliente). Non si scusano per errori evidenti, tipo essere svegliata x 3 volte dalla donna delle pulizie alle 9 di mattina che dice ad alta voce “mas tarda!!!” al 2 giorno di vacanza su 7 notti previste. La stanza non aveva la vista pattuita bensì un muro e alberi e la parte più bruttina dell’hotel. La pulizia della camera non era ben fatta (sabbia davanti al lavandino, doccia mai pulita, una volta che il wc era sporco e’ stata fatta una pulizia sommaria, per cui lo sporco è rimasto)
El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente al lado de la mejor cala de Ibiza. Un montón de Parkings gratis. Buena cocina y dos zonas de piscinas.
Habitaciones pequeñas pero con estilo. Personal muy atento y amable.
Faltaria una neverita en la habitacion.

Der Burger auf der Dachterasse war schrecklich. Ketchup und Majo wurde nicht m einer einmal weg Tute neben dem Burger serviert.

The room was really clean and cozy. The view from the 2nd floor to the bay was amazing. There was enough space at the pools, the smaller one being quiet and perfect for children. Friendly staff.
We took all inclusive but a couple of things required deposit in cash (pool towels, bar cups, iron) which I would assume is to avoid waste? On meals there could have been a bit more of vegetarian choices (other than fish) and more healthy desserts.
Only a couple of restaurants by the beach, so if you want to visit a bigger town you need to take the bus or taxi.
Pulizia, gentilezza, bere e mangiare
Good choice of food. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely location next to Cala Tarida beach. Easy to drive to other areas too.
Lovely swimming pools. Lifeguard on duty at all times at the main pool. Never had any problem getting sunbeds.
It is very good value for money.
The kids club entertainment needs a bit of improvement. Doing face painting at 9 or 10 at night just before bedtime seemed like a strange time to do it.
Hotel room is comfortable, but basic. The TV had no channels installed. I did install them myself. The shower temperature fluctuated a bit.
