Pros:

Nothing, they are cheater .

Cons:

1.No staff was present
2.They provided single bed whereas booking was for two adilts in both the room
3. Entrance is only two feet wide
4. Stairs are extremely dangerous
5. No bathroom space
6.No towel
7. No staff to attend customer and so on
